Wealth = Time x
Money x Relationships + Health x Purpose
Multiplication. Not addition.
Which means one zero kills everything.
10 in money, 1 in the
rest = 10.
6 in all five = 7,776.
Balance is the key thing in WEALTH creation!
The final level of intelligence is SELECTIVE ignorance, not constant awareness.
Most situations don't deserve analysis.
They deserve indifference and silence.

Q2 FY27 was a very strong quarter for us at @atherenergy. We’re seeing demand grow at a pace that requires us to significantly step up our manufacturing capacity. Pre-orders reached a record 1.80 lakh during the quarter, more than doubling year-on-year, with growth broad-based across regions.
To meet this demand, we’re adding 2.25 lakh units of annual production capacity across our Hosur and AURIC facilities. This will take our total installed capacity to ~4.9L units by Q3 FY27 and to 11.4 lakh units by Q2 FY28.
We also made meaningful progress on our financial performance, driven by higher volumes, tighter cost control and improving unit economics. We recorded our second consecutive quarter of positive EBITDA, with strong topline growth despite rising commodity prices and supply chain disruptions:
• Total income: ₹1,527 crore 🔼 62% YoY
• EBITDA margin: 4.9%, improving ~1,450 bps YoY
• PAT: ₹1.26 crore
• Volumes: 93,211 units 🔼 42% YoY
Thank you to our customers for their continued trust, and to our teams and partners for their efforts!

The most attractive trait isn’t looks / money / confidence
It’s genuine ENTHUSIASM (NEVER LOOK TIRED)
People with real excitement for life the ones who light up talking about their work, their ideas, their mornings, you can’t look away from them.
Because enthusiasm is contagious. Cynicism is too. You get to choose which one you spread.
Be the person who still gets excited. The world has enough tired people.
My rule of life is NEVER LOOK TIRED.

Huge honour to meet one of the finest minds in real estate in the world. Mr. @m_binghatti1 love what they’re building in Dubai. Bugatti Residences + Mercedes Benz Places. They literally reverse engineered a factory for stainless steel for speed & efficiency.
Starting this from 2 brilliant minds @RajanAnandan @TheSaurabhSri 👏🏻👏🏻
Out of this not even 1% will get the benefit of TOD, at 18 m minimum ROW & 2000 sq m plot size, I don’t think there will be enough eligibility & amalgamation of smaller plots is a nightmare.
This too shall pass.
Every storm, every fear, every sleepless night has an end, just as every joy does. So hold the hard moments lightly, because no feeling, however heavy, gets to stay forever.
