I know this fight. Medical boards tried the same playbook on physicians who refused to lie to patients. They called truth “unprofessional conduct.” They wasted taxpayer money. They hoped doctors would fold. Some did. Many of us did not. This case is not just about one Minnesota doctor. It is about whether a licensing board can become a speech police force. Patients need doctors who will tell them the truth, not doctors who have been trained to fear their own regulators. Free speech won a round. The merits still have to be fought. Almost two years later, they want to inject her with high-dose testosterone. That is not medicine. That is not compassion. That is state-sanctioned harm. Children are not property of the state. Parents — not bureaucrats — raise their children. A child cannot give informed consent to irreversible hormones. Never.
