Lecrae's crisis of faith didn't start with vague doubt. It started when he spoke about Ferguson and a big chunk of his own Christian fanbase turned on him. He says the rejection that sent him into freefall didn't come from the world. It came from the church. churchleaders.com/christiani…

Angie Nixon fired back: “The most ordinary man imaginable came to my home state to tell me to ‘get out of America’ while they enjoyed the comfort of buildings my ancestors built. Imagine standing on the shoulders of the ppl who built this country & then telling their descendants they don’t belong here.
JD Vance on Florida Senate nominee Angie Nixon: “Get the hell out of here. You don’t belong in America.”

Texas is refusing to release its maternal death report until after voters cast their midterm ballots. This comes as reporting finds that ectopic pregnancy deaths rose faster in states with abortion bans.

Musk spent over $290 million to put Trump in the White House. He’s $640 billion richer today. Not a bad investment. Now he’s spending up to $200 million to try to keep Republicans in control of Congress. Our job: Stop Musk. Stop Trump. Elect Progressives. End Citizens United.

I’m tired today. Tired of watching people struggle to condemn behavior that dehumanizes, takes advantage of, and trivializes human life. The courts decide legality, but each of us decide for ourselves whether or not we will value what is right, good, moral…

1,200 sexual assault cases were filed at Cornell from 2018 to 2024. Most of those found responsible received minor sanctions that allowed them to remain on campus, such as probation or training. Only 7 ended in expulsion or dismissal. usatoday.com/story/news/nati…

Jack Smith: "Our nondisclosure orders were not predicated on the idea that members of Congress or members of this committee would commit acts of obstruction. It was based on a real concern that Donald Trump and his associates would do that because they had done it and they did it again. Donald Trump, in our case, in the elections case, later suggested that a witness, General Mark Milley, should be put to death. He said, 'if you come after me, I'm coming after you.' Election workers in Georgia, Ruby Freeman and her daughter, faced vile, racist death threats because of the things that Donald Trump said and how he targeted her. We had an absolute basis to seek protection of our investigation from that sort of obstruction.

This is an extraordinary story of extortion and hypocrisy. The U.S. Ambassador to Greece Kimberly Guilfoyle — a close Trump ally and former fiancée of Donald Trump Jr. — admitted that the United States helped bring down governments that stood in its way. During a private dinner in Athens, while discussing the collapse of Romania’s government, Guilfoyle said: “We can do this to any country we want. We can do it here too.” The Greek energy minister pushed back, saying the United States cannot simply replace a government elected by the people. Guilfoyle insisted that they have already done this in Romania. On March 31, Guilfoyle met privately in Bucharest with senior Romanian Social Democratic officials. The discussion included the Vertical Gas Corridor and energy cooperation. Weeks later, the Social Democrats joined the pro-russian AUR party in a no-confidence vote that brought down Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan’s government. Bolojan had resisted a proposed arrangement involving expensive U.S. gas imports. So, according to Guilfoyle, Trump administration engineered the collapse of Romania’s government in a clear extortion attempt. And to do so, they have collaborated with a far left party - the communists as MAGA calls them. Anyone who still has any illusion that MAGA is a “conservative movement” needs a serious reality check.

The NFL is now threatening to pull Texans linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair from games if he continues to wear eye black in support of Palestine. Never forget, they allowed Vikings kicker Greg Joseph to wear Israel cleats on the field, and actively promoted his campaign to donate money to Israel for every successful field goal.
