Building blocks of success start with good planning, a clear vision, and the willingness to communicate clearly. All of these factors play into knowing your talent, culture, coaches, and staff. Don't always rely on traditional means of building; look for true methods, and look for talent that has the factors you want. Be real to understand the growth and upside of a player you're bringing in.
During my 15 years of football, I have always wanted to learn and align myself with great minds, teachers and coaches. I have always believe helping others is one of the most important and powerful things you can do in this realm here are some great individuals who have taught me, mentored me or helped me along the way!
