#Seattle, Oct 28, 2026 10:11 PM. Two people shot in south Seattle at Rainier Ave S and S Holden. One in wrist, one in ankle as of this post. Shooting might have happened on or near number 7 Metro Bus. Black male suspect west bound on Holden. King County law enforcement advised that the conflict started on the number 7 bus. (Not clear if the shooting took place on the bus.)
950 Westlake Ave; victim and caller are outside of Kenmore Air. Victim was hit with something and robbed of a phone near this location. Aid has been requested.
616 1st Ave; there is a dog that seems to be in distress and trying to jump out a window on the 2nd floor. SPD arrived and is asking for a ladder truck. Not clear what breed of dog it is. There seems to people trying in the unit trying to calm it down.

NOT CONFIRMED: caller sees a possible deceased person being pushed around by surf near 21XX Harbor Avenue Southwest (Jack Block Park). Police and Harbor units are trying to get eyes on.
wondering if this is the same victim? There were reports of a person in the water under 1300 Alaskan Way about 7:20 AM this morning. No one was located.

SOV response 4330 Little Canoe Channel Ne; student attempting self harm - minor cuts to wrist and has ingested all of their medication ; Updated 4:57 PM: Student has locked themselves in room - UW PD attempting to force entry.
Reports of shots fired and three teens running from the area (one with a gun) near Cheasty Green space (47XXX Mountain View Dr S area)
From SFD - person in crisis climbed to the top of a crane. I don't see this as an active incident on SFD's CAD - I am guessing they came down over night?

Hazmat response in the 4700 block of West Marginal Way SW for reports of a potentially hazardous chemical spill inside a commercial building.
2nd and Lenora; male tried to steal a car with children in it. Children got out and male left south on Lenora.
