Political pundits on TV are discussing the locations where Trump is rallying, and they're missing the f*cking point. He's not rescuing them in SC!!
Because Trump's appearances and rallies HURT the GOP now.
He is a shell of himself. He is no longer politically astute. He shoves people's faces into his nonreality. He speaks to his wealth at his audience's expense. He bribes. He threatens. He begs. He is unable to thwart hecklers. And he can't even fill HS gyms.
People no longer see the myth. He's not some muscular guy in an army combat meme or a Jesus-like character - the audience that still likens him that way is VERY greatly diminished. To most people, he's covered in warts now. Plus, he's hoarse and full of gaffes. And homoerotic. And filled to the brim with malice.
Diminishment and desperation is not a good look for a cult leader.

Trump has just cancelled rallies and rescheduled them as tele-rallies. Lots of them. Mostly in deep-red states.
His stamina isn't what it used to be, he knows he's not helping, and he is very sensitive about being heckled.

I live in Michigan. I’m on the ground here, and I’m furious watching this hatred aimed at Abdul and our Muslim communities. Trump’s rhetoric encourages people to treat their own neighbors as enemies. Middle Eastern families and Muslim Americans should not have to fear becoming targets over an election. These are real people whose safety matters. How dare he call it protecting America while making Americans afraid to live in it.
After winning on Tuesday, Abdul should seriously consider suing for defamation. This is dangerous hate from MAGA.
