McGroarty whispers are starting to get a little louder 👂🗣️ #Jets talking with three teams with an offer expected to be on the table from Canadiens.
#Habs interest first reported here last week..
Habs are still involved on Laine (4-5 teams) price is still higher than they would like.. Some concern about his makeup with young team.
#Canadiens have interest in McGroarty, who also has a high price tag.
Senators/Sharks/Wild/Flyers lurking and may have better offers.

The classic "Doing stuff... but to what end?" defenceman card. Pionk is the only Jets defenceman below a 50% xGF% despite doing quite a bit with the puck, especially launching long-range passes from the defensive zone. #GoJetsGo

Lots of reported chatter this week over SN/Rogers possibly selling its Monday night broadcasts in Canada to Amazon. There’s talk Bell (TSN) has also had discussions about jumping back in on the national side, in some form, too. Rogers’ deal expires after the 2025-26 season.

Jets acting coach Scott Arniel says no lineup changes today at Washington. Asked him if Connor Helleybuck was starting again after being pulled yesterday on Long Island. "We'll see," Arniel said.
Could we see the line blender out for the second period. Back to back games at being total outplayed is not a sign of a good playoff team.
