シルバーウィークに寺社や城をめぐって、御朱印帳のアプリ「#印帖（しるしちょう）」を作りました。

社員評価に「AIの使い方」を入れるなら、評価項目を先に見せておく必要があります。Proton社は、評価項目をすり合わせないまま、AIの使い方を問う「再面接」をしようとして批判を受けたようです。Protonは再面接をやめて謝罪し、AIの使い方のガイドラインを公開するとしています。
Hey everyone, we have heard your concerns about Proton’s AI strategy and culture and after internal discussions, we want to share a few things with you.
First, Proton does not install tracking software on employees' laptops to measure how much AI-generated code they produce. This rumor stemmed from a misunderstanding about how MDM software works, and it's not true.
Second, our use of AI will never be at the expense of security. In the past year, contrary to what has been alleged, additional layers of security review have been added to meet the threat posed by hostile AIs scanning Proton's open-source code for vulnerabilities. Our code is open source, and its security remains open for all to verify.
We want to prove this to you, so in the interest of transparency, we will lift the hood on how we use AI internally at Proton. This includes publicly releasing and open sourcing several of the internal tools that we use, including more advanced versions of Lumo with greater capabilities, which have never been made available outside of the company.
We will also publish how code reviews and security reviews at Proton are done, and detail our AI policies, including where AI is permitted, and where it is not, and our rationale. Instead of just being able to see the final open-source code that we produce to verify security, you will also be able to assess how that code was produced.
Lastly, we are not re-interviewing our staff about AI usage, and there are no job losses due to AI re-interviews.
You can hold us to these commitments. We're aware that we haven't lived up to the high standard you ought to hold us to, and for that we can only apologize, we are sorry.

Figmaが10/26、エージェントのチャットからFigma Weaveの画像・動画モデルを使えるようにしました。公式のリリースノートでは、SeedanceやKlingもMCP経由で呼べます。Figmaがエージェントに素材を渡す場所にもなりますね。
Vercelが、オープンソースのデザインエージェント「fx0」を公開しました。言葉で説明すると、ページを1枚のHTMLとして作ってくれます。途中で落ちても続きから再開できるそうです。デザインAIの仕組みを丸ごと読めるので、個人開発で似たものを作りたい人には良い教材です。私もまず中身を読んでみます。

Building the low-level plumbing for v0 to survive server crashes, flaky LLMs, function limits was a huge pain.

画像を作るAI機能を持つ個人開発アプリは、見直しが必要になりました。AppleがApp Storeの審査ガイドラインを改定し、AIで作ったものも含め、同意のない性的画像をアプリ側で防ぎ、削除することを明記しています。審査の後で機能を変えることも、はっきり禁止されました。影響をうけるアプリも多いのではないでしょうか。

2026年10月21日、PHPの脆弱性（通称「PHP2Shell」）への対策として、コドモンのサービスを日中に一時停止しました。
施設の先生方、保護者の皆さま、自治体や販売代理店の皆さまには、十分な事前のご案内ができないまま、長い時間にわたりご不便をおかけしたことを、深くお詫び申し上げます。
今回の対応について、当時の記録をもとに、サービス停止の判断から再開までの経緯を振り返る記事を公開しました。対応の中で生じた課題や、今後に向けた反省点も含めてまとめています。
同様の状況に直面する開発・運用担当者の皆さまにとって一助となれば幸いです。
