I honestly think Candace Parker feels the same way a lot of us do. Coming into the league, I didn’t see Angel Reese’s game translating to the WNBA. She was a defensive-minded player who scored most of her points off offensive rebounds and layups. I thought players like Jonquel Jones, BG, A’ja, and others would be able to shut that down, but I was wrong. I knew she’d be a good rebounder, but I never thought she’d be the best ever. I definitely didn’t see her offensive game taking the leap it has. Keep it up!

She really has improved her game A TON, earned Defensive Player of the Year, & has become a focal point to the Dream’s success.
I’ve dogged on her a lot over the years & she’ll no doubt have some wild plays worth poking fun at in the future, but congrats.

Dream will play Games 3 and 4 of WNBA Finals at State Farm Arena, per @ZachKleinWSB.
Game 3 will be moved to Wednesday 10/21 at 8:00 p.m. ET.
Game 4 will remain on Saturday 10/24 but move up to 1:00 p.m. ET.

This obsession with trying to manufacture a rivalry between Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese has gotten BEYOND ridiculous. We have now landed back in “Angels better than Caitlin” conversation.
One player is being held to HISTORIC standards, while the other is being celebrated for simply meeting expectations, and playing a role suited for her.
One is expected to CARRY a franchise, elevate EVERYONE around her, and completely transform the trajectory of an organization know for LOSING at the highest level, ask Kelsey Mitchell.. She was leading loser prior to someone coming.
The other gets PRAISED for forcing her way out of a situation that required a-little resilience, just so you all can call her a “winner”.
Caitlin Clark isn’t competing against Angel Reese. She’s competing against a standard that seemingly DOESN’T EXIST for anyone else in the WNBA. Ghost competition.
There’s a DIFFERENCE between being part of a winning team, and being the REASON a team wins. You’re not ready to have that conversation however.

No no. Angel Reese is legit. Poor kid has no one and her fans are morons who keep giving her the worst advice ever: be a villain. Angel is thriving because she finally settled into her role and is no longer trying to be something she’s not: a point guard.
If you claim to know hoops, Angel Reese works hard and has become a massive force on the court. Oh, and a rebound is a rebound folks 🤓

13,000 likes for something that is just complete bullshit. In her second year, she complained about her teammates and everything and checked out. She made it abundantly clear that she wanted to leave. We all saw what happened. She ran to a contender. Stop with the revisionist history. This league has a habit of trying to hide the truth when it comes to certain players. If she wins this year, that’s great and she’s played great, but that does not take away from the fact that she ran away and basically gave up in her second year. Just cause she got traded doesn’t mean she didn’t want to be traded! Do you think she didn’t ask for it?😆😆😆😆😆😆
