☂️ Showers on and off through midweek before a sunnier, drier stretch settles in later this week and weekend.
Today won’t be a washout, but expect a couple rounds of showers and maybe an afternoon thunderstorm as temperatures climb into the 70s.

New: USAID Inspector General Paul Martin was fired this evening. In an email viewed by @NewsHour, Trent Morse of Office of Presidential Personnel, informed Martin around 5:30pm, writing Martin’s position is “terminated, effective immediately. Thank you for your service.”

New: The Inspector General of USAID was fired today, a day after his office released a report critical of the impact of the Trump administration’s efforts to dismantle USAID, @jmhansler is reporting.
Paul Martin was informed via an email from the deputy director of the Office of Presidential Personnel Tuesday evening that his position as inspector general of USAID was “terminated, effective immediately.”
