When Ryu likes throwing out HK Tatsu, block two hits, duck under the third, then jump up and grab him.
This also works if he opens the round with it.
If only I hadn't gotten too excited to also land the grab op his DP.

Gene Roddenberry had a rule that drove the writers of Star Trek The Next Generation absolutely crazy: there can't be any interpersonal conflict amongst the crew. The result was a cultural product I consider almost unique: a story about good people trying to do the right thing that isn't boring.
These days, moral ambiguity, twisted anti-heros and an apocalyptic vision of the future practially comes standard in our stories. Dark and complicated is synonymous with "smart," but in fact it's probably ten times harder to write a compelling story about principled, competent and psychologically healthy people. Star Trek TNG dared to imagine a future for humanity where we outgrew our petty squabbles and became our highest selves, where we travel the stars fulfilling our curiosity and genuinely making the universe a better place.
Patrick Stewart's Captain Jean-Luc Picard was the indispensable anchor to this vision. Instead of William Shatner's campy swagger as James T. Kirk, Stewart's Picard made "tea, Earl Grey, hot" iconic. His depth and gravitas as a thespian specializing in Shakespeare sold the moral dilemmas that were so often at the heart of the best TNG episodes.
The dramatic tension in TNG comes from people sharing the same ethical framework as a group facing difficult problems. The buck stops with the Captain. He listens to and respects his crew, but ultimately it is up to him to "make it so."
For TNG to work as a show, Stewart had to take those very internal struggles between a man and his conscience and make it dramatic. He made Captain Picard's very moral seriousness charismatic. He made you believe that...yeah...of course there is a moral arc to the universe and it bends towards justice. Of course it is worth paying the price to stay true to our principles. And of course, the struggle to discern what is right action is actually much more interesting than wallowing in how broken everything and everyone is.
Bon Voyage, mon Capitaine

There was a tournament on Halloween night at a SoCal rave in 2009, the game was Street Fighter 4 and the grand prize was a PlayStation 3 console.
No social media or StartGG to find out who was attending so this event was unknown to the digital streets.
Yours truly heard of this tournament via party flier and noticed the grand prize was worth entering. At the time I was purchasing consoles/monitors for training sessions (soon to be WNF).
The tournament at a rave was a cool concept if you’re into the party scene and gaming. Probably not ideal for general tourney goers due to loud music and flashing lights.
Upon arrival I went straight to the tournament organizer to ensure a PS3 was there for the grand prize. As advertised, he showed me the prize which was ready for the winner.
I looked around to check the competition and could see some familiar faces looking nervous and surprised to see me. One of those familiar faces (which was most likely a grand final contender) was @ThatMikeRossGuy .
I don’t remember much of the tournament bracket run just that it was super free. As predicted, Mike Ross was in grand finals vs me. Honda vs Ryu so you can imagine how that match went.
Thank you @ThatMikeRossGuy for the FREE PS3 to add to my collection and Happy Halloween 🎃

I was able to help out with the creation of the new Transformers The Movie The Ultimate Visual Guide and Chris Prince has created a book that is Beyond My Wildest Imagination📖🎞️😁#Transformers
Grab yourself a copy of Chris Prince's Transformers The Movie: The Ultimate Visual History. It's a thing of beauty (designed by my Five Points collaborator Martin Stiff), packed to the rafters with visuals I've never seen before. Can't recommend it enough. #Transformers
Ok this has got to be the strangest thing I've encountered in SFZ3 in a long ass time. @JohnChoiBoy was mashing KKK the whole time during this sequence.
I dunno if it was a rollback artifact from online play or emulation error? He goes back to a normal hitstun animation once I run out of meter.
Bizarre!
Thoughts? 2nd clip is with hitbox and input data
