Even oil is gotten from the soil.
What do you know about your soil?

When that win that covers years of losses comes, I pray we live long enough to enjoy it with people who stood by us through those years.

Good seeds are only the beginning of a successful harvest. Even quality seeds cannot guarantee good yields without proper growing conditions and crop management. Some factors that can affect harvest include: Poor soil fertility, inadequate water supply, pest and disease attacks

A Farmer Accidentally dropped two seeds on the ground. One landed on a rich soil, filled with nutrients, sunlight and enough water pathway. The other fell in-between a cracked tiny rock...but Guess which stood the test of time? Be my guest 👇

A TRIBUTE TO FARMERS LIVING IN FEAR This video is dedicated to all farmers who have been living in constant fear because of terrorist attacks, violence, kidnappings, and other forms of insecurity that continue to threaten their lives and livelihoods in different parts of the world. Behind every bag of rice, every tuber of yam, every basket of tomatoes, and every meal on our tables is a farmer who has worked tirelessly, often under difficult and dangerous conditions, to ensure that food gets to our homes. Sadly, for many farmers, going to the farm is no longer just about planting, nurturing crops, and harvesting. It has become a daily struggle for survival. Some leave their homes every morning without knowing whether they will return safely to their families. Some have abandoned their farmlands out of fear, while others have lost loved ones, their sources of livelihood, and everything they have worked so hard to build. Imagine waking up every morning, not knowing whether it is safe to go to your farm. Imagine investing your time, energy, and hard-earned money into your crops, only to abandon everything because your life is under threat. Imagine a farmer who can no longer provide for their family, not because they are unwilling to work, but because the land they depend on has become unsafe. This is the painful reality many farmers are facing today. We must remember that farmers are not just food producers; they are fathers, mothers, sons, daughters, and breadwinners. They have families waiting for them at home. They have dreams, responsibilities, and lives that matter just as much as everyone else's. No one should have to choose between earning a living and staying alive. No farmer should have to work in fear, and no family should have to live with the uncertainty of whether their loved one will return home from the farm. As we enjoy the food on our tables, let us spare a thought for the farmers whose courage and hard work make it possible. Farmers deserve safety, dignity, protection, and the freedom to work their lands without fear. This is more than a video. It is a voice for the voiceless, a reminder of their struggles, and a call for peace, security, and justice for every farmer affected by violence and insecurity. May the day come when every farmer can return to the farm with hope, work without fear, and return home safely to their loved ones. Because everyone deserves to live, and everyone deserves to eat without another person's life being put at risk.

My predictions for the Future of Agriculture. We will soon enter the Era of people controlling their farms directly from their comfort zones. From planting, to nurturing to harvesting. Until then, the current generations need to wake up to that possibilities.

"What Will People Say" This sentence has killed more dreams than anything else in the world. Work hard. Dress well. Eat clean. Talk less. Stay humble. Avoid drama. Chase goals. #BaaleofMilan #AgribusinessCoach

Every great farmer starts with a single step. This new month is another opportunity to take that step toward growth, success, and a bountiful harvest. Keep planting, keep learning, and keep moving forward. Wishing every farmer a productive and prosperous month!

If only we managed water properly, there could be increased agricultural production, reduced food shortages, and less dependence on rainfall. Water is a resource we must learn to manage wisely. Better water management could change the future of agriculture.

Chickens can grow well without routine antibiotics when they receive balanced feed, clean water, proper housing, good ventilation and effective disease prevention. Antibiotics are used to treat certain bacterial infections, not to replace good poultry management.

When a child struggles academically, some parents are quick to judge rather than investigate. Instead of asking, “Why is my child struggling, and how can I help?” they conclude, “My child is dull.” That is where ignorance becomes damaging.

Silence speaks louder in a noisy place because not every powerful message needs a voice. Sometimes, when everyone is talking, arguing, competing for attention, or trying to prove a point, the person who remains silent makes the strongest statement.

Legumes generally contain more protein than mature grasses, making them valuable feed resources in livestock production. Legumes such as cowpea, groundnut haulms, alfalfa, and stylo generally have higher crude protein content. Mature grasses such as elephant grass and guinea
