I grew up mainstream Christianity during my preteen years, and grew to appreciate the LDS way of life in college. From my perspective, I don’t understand why those differences in religion have to create so much division and hostility if we both serve Jesus.

With a million different BYU hoodies out there, i’m baffled that there isn’t one like this (took 2 mins to design). This is all I want. I’m not asking for much😭

I’m the first to admit that I have a very hard time reading this BYU team, but the number of you guys who picked the Cougs to upset ND last week and now are suddenly terrified of playing at UCF blows me away😂
But we suck according to a lot of people. 😂 You can’t make this stuff up.

This might be the greatest post game presser I’ve ever seen!
“Lot of flopping, lot of foul baiting… all the whining and complaining. I lost all respect, man.”
-Yaxel Lenderborg
Frankly, the game needs more players willing to call out their peers for playing in such a way 🫡
Yaxel Lenderborg on his NBA debut and guarding Luka: "I got to see what the NBA is like, man. Lot of flopping, lot of foul baiting, lot of praying to the ref. Interesting first game for me... Being in there firsthand, just watching all the whining and complaining, I lost all respect. That was awful"

"Yeah, it was interesting. I got to see what the NBA is like, man. Lot of flopping, lot of foul baiting, lot of praying to the ref. Interesting first game for me, for sure.
I had a lot of respect for him (Luka). You know, just watching. I didn't really watch the NBA much, I just watched highlights. Seeing him, you know, kill people all the time. But then being in there firsthand, just watching all the whining and complaining, I lost all respect, man. Like that was awful.
Like me getting frustrated, it's not about the foul being called, it's about him complaining the entire game. And then you get the foul call, congratulations bro. And then you talk to me like you did something great, bro? Come on, dog. That's just weak. It kinda threw me off for a little while, cause you know, like I said, I had so much respect for him. Gone man, gone.
I was telling him he sucks, he can't score on me. You talking and you can't score on me. I said it the whole game. I said a couple cuss words obviously, you know, that's why I got the technical and all that. But I was letting him know, because he was laughing and talking all this because of that one foul call.
His only bucket on me was a banker from half court. Like I know that it's a team sport. You know, he had 28pts on us as a team. Me, I took my matchup personally. Tried not to get caught on the fouls. Tried my best. I was thinking about playing him with my hands behind my back to see if that worked, probably would've still got a foul call."

I remember during Kalani’s first few years at BYU, when the program was really struggling and losing a lot of games. One night, they were doing the Kalani Football Show live on TV, and basically zero fans showed up. His own football players ended up sitting in the audience to fill the empty seats. I remember Kalani getting emotional and breaking down in tears.
He has since admitted that during that time, he questioned whether he was the right guy for the job and whether he could turn the program around. I thought that might be his last year as BYU’s head coach.
And now look at him and this program… #2 IN THE COUNTRY!!!
What an incredible story of perseverance, loyalty, and believing in something when almost nobody else did. So happy for Kalani. He deserves every bit of this! 💙🤙
He put the Lord’s university on his body, making it even more pure.
I’m joking 😂
But if BYU wins the natty, I’m getting a tattoo of it. That’s the only reason I’ve ever considered one. I’ll still have my temple recommend and be worthy to go. Stop judging!

The disrespect BYU is getting is a little ridiculous at this point. Last year I understood it because they lost to the same team twice handedly. But since Saturday all I’m hearing media people say is…
“Is any team great? Who is the best team?”
Well… there are only 6 FBS schools who remain undefeated and BYU is one of them. That is definitely something of note given the parody we are seeing in the sport right now. Not to mention BYU just took down a team (Notre Dame) who NUMBEROUS experts had winning the Title this year and were ranked #2 in the country at the time of the game.
Makes you wonder what the media would be saying if they had a different conference patch on their jersey… just saying…
BYU fans, I’m sorry
