@ellipsis_dev is a Managed Agent Platform for Developers. Use it to spawn, manage, and govern fleets of agents for Software Factories, code review, and background tasks. No infra to manage. Make an API call -> spawn a cloud agent. $100 credit for new organizations: ellipsis.dev
We pivoted: AI Code Review -> Managed Agent Platform: - You choose the prompts, models - We handle the cloud VM's, orchestration, logs - Agents are YAML/Python/TS - Spawn sessions via API, @mention, cron, webhooks Try it out: ellipsis.dev

FYI: The CEO of @coderabbitai is sharing takes like this. If you are a Code Rabbit customer, here is how you can migrate off and own your own code review agent: 1) Install @ellipsis_dev 2) Add a `code_review.yaml` to Github 3) Get code reviews
What we are seeing at @coderabbitai and elsewhere on this parabolic trajectory is that even larger seed rounds ($8M+) are no longer enough to build a software business. Software factories need quality tokens and large-scale compute to run CI, sandboxes, and other infrastructure to ship software at scale. At this point, smaller startups exist only to funnel ideas to larger startups with more tokens.

I really love @ellipsis_dev! It suggested a great suggestion while reviewing my PR, but not something I wanted to do directly. I asked it to create a follow-up and it did! Didn't expect it to work, but it does! What an awesome tool! 🥳

Ellipsis is the most popular code review product used by @ycombinator companies. Do with that information what you will.
it’s crazy how good @ycombinator is at picking companies. 90% percent of my stack is made up of companies that went through YC. just to name a few: @nozomioai, @hatchet_dev, @resend, @Docker, @posthog, @firecrawl, @ExaAILabs, @stripe, @ellipsis_dev, @greptile, @mintlify, @getdelve, @WillowVoiceAI, @t3dotchat, and more..

Out enjoying a Saturday with my partner meanwhile @cognition_labs Devin and @ellipsis_dev are cranking out PR’s. We’re about to start deploying daily with no human interaction. Ellipsis approval on a PR is going to trigger auto merge and deploy.

I’m thinking about open sourcing @ellipsis_dev The “Open source, AI Software Engineer” might be a compelling sell to many companies

Prediction: as LLMs get better, the Agent-as-a-Service paradigm will emerge. Try us out if you want to be an early adopter: - Agent on a Cron: docs.ellipsis.dev/features/c… - Agent as a reaction to events: docs.ellipsis.dev/features/r…
