Such an honour not only to sing two beautiful pieces and the Irish National Anthem in @StPatsNYC (with a new arrangement of ‘Deus Meus’ by @SeanDComposer) with students and staff from @DublinCityUni, but performed on a closed off 5th Avenue before the @StPatsParadeNYC on NBC 🇺🇸🇮🇪 – at Queens, NY

I prepared and defended my master's thesis amidst the sounds of bombing and terror during the Gaza war, to send a message to the world that we in Gaza deserve life and are waiting for the sun of freedom. We are waiting for the world to see us 💔.

🚨The fate of the ambulance crew 🚑that headed yesterday to rescue the child Hind remains unknown until this moment.
⚠️PRCS completely lost contact with them for 24 hours.
Six-year-old Hind was trapped by Israeli tanks inside a vehicle and the occupation soldiers fired at it, resulting in the killing of everyone inside, including four children while Hind is the only survivor. 💔

I cannot believe that Varadkar is basically the only EU leader sounding a warning on this. Surely more must follow in the next few days
Taoiseach says Israeli actions in Gaza 'not acceptable'
Speaking to @MiriamOCal, Mr Varadkar said "Israel is under threat. They do have a right to defend themselves, but they don't have the right to breach international humanitarian law."

All in the last few weeks - no outcry from political leaders, no buildings turned to Palestinian colours, no assistance provided.
Because the world doesn’t care and Israel has acted with impunity for decades as it engages in apartheid and ethic cleansing.

Woo hoo - it’s #BandcampFriday again. No new music from me this month, I feel like I owe it to you now to have new stuff - which will come next month or (more likely) month after. However, if you’re missing anything:
