Growing companies think their biggest problem is hiring, but they are wrong. It’s only half the story. In reality even the best candidates will fail if they are not set up for success from the start. I experienced this at @yext across a team of 2,500, and today, with the pull of our growing customer base, Windmill is launching the system I always wanted An agentic onboarding system to give every new hire the best chance of being successful as quickly as possible. @trywindmill now has over 250 customers and many of them growing faster than any companies before in human history. Our customers feel this pain viscerally. You spend millions on recruiting and closing candidates only for them to show up to an onboarding based off a couple slides and a Notion doc. Onboarding is one of the most important things a company does. It’s a new hire’s introduction to the company culture and how it runs. And in today’s rapidly changing world, it’s harder than it’s ever been before. Effective onboarding isn't about teaching people everything. It's about getting them to real contribution as fast as possible, with clear goals, regular feedback, and a manager who stays in the loop. Windmill puts an AI agent in charge of making that happen for every new hire, and holds everyone accountable along the way. We’re currently live with amazing customers like @Etched (among others) and it’s incredible to see the results. Every one of our customers I’ve shared this with has raised their hands and we’re including it as part of their subscription. If this is something your team struggles with, we’d love to show you the system that’s helped customers around the globe onboard and ramp their teams 3x faster. – at New York, NY

what do the nyc marathon and performance reviews have in common? months of prep, a little pain, and @trywindmill getting you to the finish line 🏁
A few weeks ago we announced that @trywindmill was sponsoring a group of NYC Marathon runners. I'm excited to introduce the INCREDIBLE athletes we're sponsoring on November 1st: • @emyang___ is running her 1st NYC Marathon in support of NYRR Team for Climate. She's running it with her older sister and her fiancé, and can't wait for the amazing NYC energy and a post-race (maybe mid-race) beer! • Joe Ruggiero is running his 2nd NYC marathon with his A goal of sub 4:00:00. Joe is most motivated by his family, friends and most importantly, his post-race beer! • Walker Flynn is running his 1st NYC marathon and his goal is to run it under 3:40:00. He's running for Team Reeve to raise money for spinal column injury research. He can't wait to be past the Fifth Avenue hill. • Avery Rodgers is taking on her first NYC Marathon in support of the kids at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital! Since moving to NYC 4.5 years ago, she's wanted to challenge herself with the discipline and commitment it takes to run 26.2 miles. She's most excited to run through all five boroughs of the city she calls home🗽🏃🏻‍♀️ • @philipdotxyz ris running his third NYC Marathon and his goal is to make it to the start line without injuries. He's running it with his brother from Denmark and can't wait for the post-race victory walk out of Central Park. • Jason Matson is taking on his first-ever marathon alongside his older brother, Josh, with an ambitious goal of finishing in under 3:00:00. For Jason, this race is about more than crossing the finish line or hitting a personal milestone. It's about showing his 8-year-old son that hard things are possible, big goals are worth chasing, and with dedication, hard work, and a little belief in yourself, you can accomplish more than you ever imagined. Windmill helps teams perform at their best at the office. On November 1, we get to help six runners do the same on the NYC Marathon course. If you're out on the course spectating this weekend, look for the windmills on their shoes, cheer them on, and help them reach their fundraising goals (link in the comments below). We're thrilled to be a small part of their marathon journey! 🏃🏻‍♀️ 🌃 😄
