A 10 year old can’t consent to the future risk of repetitive head trauma.
The first step in addressing this problem should be obvious to the adults in the room
An estimated 75% of former NFL players who died between 2008 and 2023 had chronic traumatic encephalopathy, or CTE, the neurodegenerative brain disease tied to high-impact sports such as football, according to a new study.

Fully aware there is SO much going on tonight and the Memphis Grizzlies v Utah Jazz game was probably not at the top of most people's must watch list but this game has been wildly entertaining. Both teams playing with way more fire than the Spurs have been.

'Twas the night before the season & the 2-1-0 was aglow. The Thunder were rolling in but Wemby had a block party to throw. 🤓

The most liberating thing you can do as a woman is to unlearn shame. Shame is one of the lowest frequencies. Release the shame around your sexuality, your body, people's perceptions of you, around what you actually enjoy, and the rigid structures that society tells you about.
I miss the old days when everyone (including media) knew and accepted the Spurs weren’t going to start taking games seriously until the rodeo road trip and no one ever freaked out because we knew there’d be 50+ wins and spurs playoff basketball at the end of it

Today is Latina Equal Pay Day!
Latinas are still paid just 53¢ for every $1 earned by white, non-Hispanic men. This number reflects all Latinas with reported earnings — including immigrants & gig workers — because fighting for equal wages & affordability must include everyone.

these 3 will be whining all season when victor blows them off/gives short answers. they text with jordan from spurs pr, claim they have sources & when they realize they don’t actually know anymore than the fans do, this is how they have to get views 🤡@BannedMacMahon @mikecwright
Brian Windhorst & Tim McMahon say Victor Wembanyama was immature in the playoffs:
“Wemby got smacked down a little bit in the Finals series. He also wasn’t a dominant force, Karl Anthony Towns went toe to toe with him. Let’s be straight up, Victor certainly presents himself as a very mature, thoughtful young player. But there were streaks of immaturity throughout the playoff run. The crap with lining up the elbow against Naz Reid. And then he took 0 accountability.”
“The spurs helped him out on that, for all the stuff about the leadership within that organization, i didn’t sense a ton of leadership from them.”
