A highlight of my year:
Watching one of our customers do €33,000 in sales... with €0 spent.
How?
They launched a product to their existing customer base.
One quick email:
"We're launching a new product. It's a limited edition and I don't think we'll ever do it again."
Of course, it wasn't just the one email that made the €33k.
It's the fact they own their customer data, thanks to having an ecommerce store set up, that they're in the very nice position where they can do this.
F*ck, if every email I sent was worth €33k, I'd have my submarine and subterranean lair by now.
Our customers make 10s of thousands a month.
Some make 100s of thousands a month.
And it makes me so goddamn happy to be supporting incredible producers.
My diary for January is open to discuss working together in 2025.
