We should really rename our role from "Software Engineer" or "Software Developer" to "Software Baker" 🤔 Think about it: we pour the right ingredients into a Owen (Agents) and we just make sure the after the "Ding" they are delicious

I used various Linux distros as a primary desktop for like 15y. I only thew the towel and switched to Mac after my kids were born and discovered that I cannot afford to spend every other day just fixing printer drivers or other random crap that should work. But agents make this pain go away ❤️ ...especially on Agent friendly distros like @omarchy. I have beautiful M3 Mac Air that is now sitting in the corner as another remote agent machine, while I switched to 2nd hand old i5 HP with 8 GB ram and Omarchy - and I'm actually happier.

I completely forgot I build img4.you/ 🤦 I built it (and heavily used it) just a few months ago; I was cleaning up my servers and found it it's still alive. I thought the project is dead but turns out 5400 images where uploaded in October 😲

Telling Claude to do interactive HTML prototype of an idea is single best thing to do. You save tokens, you don't overcommit to an idea, and the results are impressive

TIL the hard way that Arch distros (I'm looking at you @omarchy) store /tmp in RAM by default. Up to half of RAM 🤯 ...some good reasons behind it, but still can pretty screw Ubuntu guy's day.

I recommend everyone upgrade Ruby immediately. This is a DoS and RCE vector if you accept user input into Regexp.new() ruby-lang.org/en/news/2026/1…
