ALT one piece fan comic. first panel is luffy, leaning on a railing and saying, “hey, zoro…why do you have three earrings?”. Zoro, who is also there, responds with “cause it’s the best number?” the expression on his face and the question marks surrounding him implies that zoro thinks that this is a silly question with an obvious answer. in the second panel, luffy asks, “but why’s it all on the same side?” zoro leans back with his arms crossed and a smug expression on his face as he says,”it’s the gay side, duh.” Luffy replies to that with an, “ohh.” A third, unseen person says, “it’s actually the other side, idiot.”

ALT luffy and zoro both look to the speaker of that line, which is revealed to be sanji, who is looking at them through the galley window. he looks at them wide eyed, as if he didn’t realize he’d said anything out loud. after a brief silence, zoro asks, “why do you know that?”. sanji stares at them both for a moment, and then closes the window without a word, leaving luffy and zoro with no answers.
