Dampe RNG has been solved on OoT
When Dampe blinks, he flutters his eyes either 3 or 4 times. By taking note of how long each blink is and putting them in a calculator, the possible RNG seeds can eventually be narrowed down to guarantee the heart piece, at the cost of some waiting.

The #Brewers are dumb fucks for smoking. I struggled to quit, and finally did, after being a lifelong smoker for over 3 decades. I wasted thousands of dollars while jeopardizing my longterm health. Smoking doesn’t help you hit morons. It just hooks you until you are sick and then dead.
