Lose 5 clients and you still come out ahead, with fewer to serve.
You don't need more clients. You need better ones.
A lot of business owners are chasing revenue. I'd rather focus on profits.
Company A: $900K revenue, keeps 8%. That's $72K.
Company B: $400K revenue, keeps 30%. That's $120K.
B works less, hires less and sleeps better.
Grow profit first. Revenue can wait.
