1. Libya has no electricity bill, electricity came free of charge to all citizens.
2. There were no interest rates on loans, the banks were state-owned, the loan of citizens by law 0%.
3. Kadafi promised not to buy a house for his parents until everyone in Libya owns a home.
4. All newlywed couples in Libya received 60,000 dinars from the government & because of that they bought their own apartments & started their families.
5. Education & medical treatment in Libya are free. Before Gaddafi there were only 25% readers, 83% during his reign
6. If Libyans wanted to live on a farm, they received free household appliances, seeds and livestock.
7. If they cannot receive treatment in Libya, the state would fund them $2300+ accommodation & travel for treatment abroad.
8. If you buy a car, the government finances 50% of the price.
9. The price of gasoline became $ 0.14 per liter.
10. Libya had no external debt, and reserves were $150 Billion (now frozen worldwide)
11. Since some Libyans can't find jobs after school, the government will pay the average salary when they can't find a job.
12. Part of oil sales in Libya are directly linked to the bank accounts of all citizens.
13. The mother who gave birth to the child will receive $5000
14. 40 loaves of bread cost $0.15.

🚨 BREAKING NEWS: An Anonymous Whistleblower
File on Deep Underground Facilities,
The Offices That Guard Them,
The Firms that Build around Them,
and The Money that Never gets a Public Map 🗺 🚨
There are underground military and continuity facilities on U.S. soil and in allied planning.
That is not internet folklore.
Cheyenne Mountain Complex exists.
Site R at Raven Rock exists.
Mount Weather exists.
Elements of continuity of government planning exist.
Hardened communications, backup command, and survival architecture were built because nuclear weapons made surface command look perishable.
Official histories admit pieces of that.
They do not give you a reconciled inventory of everything that grew after the first generation of holes was drilled.
The phrase D.U.M.B.s became a catchall.
People use it for documented mountain complexes, for unacknowledged expansions, for contractor folklore, for civil defense leftovers, and for claims of full underground cities.
Those are not the same objects.
Mixing them is how a real blast door becomes, in the telling, a second country under the first one.
Mixing them is also how officials get to laugh off the whole subject instead of answering the part that is real.
Start with the government side, because money and dirt do not move without a sponsor.
The Department of Defense is the gravitational center.
Combatant commands, service construction agents, and specialized support organizations have legitimate reasons to want hardened spaces for command, control, communications, and continuity.
U.S. Northern Command and NORAD sit in the public mind next to Cheyenne Mountain even though mission sets and occupancy have shifted over time. Strategic command thinking, missile warning, and continuity all leave fingerprints on subsurface requirements.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers sits in the middle of a lot of federal earth moving, military construction, and specialized engineering.
That does not mean every rumor tunnel is an Corps project. It means if you want to understand how government turns rock into rooms, you study the construction agents, the design criteria, the classified annexes, and the way military construction money can be described in public as something smaller than the thing being poured.
The Department of Homeland Security and FEMA inherited pieces of the old continuity and emergency relocation world.
Mount Weather is the name the public already knows.
The deeper issue is not the postcard facility.
The issue is how emergency relocation, continuity of operations, and continuity of government create a standing justification for spaces the public will never tour.
The Department of Energy and the nuclear weapons complex add another layer.
Hardened infrastructure, secure manufacturing, test support, and classified science have always lived next to underground and semi underground work.
National laboratories and site offices do not publish floor plans for a reason.
That reason is real.
It is also convenient.
The intelligence community adds compartmentation.
Special access programs, unacknowledged programs, and tightly held construction can sit beside ordinary military construction so that one building looks like a warehouse in the public story and a node in the private one.
The Office of the Director of National Intelligence does not have to be the excavator.
It only has to be part of the permission structure that decides what may be said.
White House Military Office, Presidential Emergency Operations concepts, and the larger continuity architecture matter because they create demand for survivable command, not because every cave is a throne room.
Demand is what funds concrete.
Congress is supposed to be the adult in the room.
Intelligence committees and defense appropriators see more than the public.
They do not see everything the same way, at the same time, with the same unredacted annex.
Black budget accounts, classified annexes, and reprogramming actions are how a program can swell without a town hall.
If you want to know why the public argument is feral, look at how little unclassified inventory exists.
Now the contractor layer...
The firms that historically show up around giant federal earthwork, defense infrastructure, nuclear sites, and secure facilities are the usual heavy names.
Bechtel.
Kiewit.
Fluor.
Jacobs.
AECOM.
Parsons.
and URS in its earlier life.
Large design build and engineering houses that already know how to work behind a fence.
Defense primes such as Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, RTX, Boeing, General Dynamics, and Huntington Ingalls show up more often on sensors, command systems, weapons, ships, and integration than on “we poured a secret downtown.”
Mixing the integrator with the tunnel borer is how a briefing chart becomes a myth.
Specialty players matter more
than the public celebrity list.
Tunnel boring and heavy civil firms.
Blasting and rock support subcontractors.
HVAC and life support vendors who can keep air breathable in a sealed volume.
Power firms that sell generation, switchgear, and uninterruptible systems.
Fiber and microwave communications vendors.
Badge, camera, and access control vendors.
The unglamorous companies are the ones that would leave the real wake if someone ever forced a paper trail into one stack.
Private equity and large asset managers do not need a cartoon villain meeting to be in the picture.
They own pieces of contractors, they own pieces of energy and industrial firms, they sit in index funds that hold the same primes every American retirement account holds.
That is not a secret handshake.
That is how modern capital works.
If you want to follow “who invests,” start with public 13F filings, contractor 10 Ks, pension allocations, and the boring ownership tables.
The exotic story is usually a lazy substitute
for reading the ordinary one.
Where the money goes is less mystical than the forums prefer and more offensive than the press releases admit.
It goes into design.
Geotech.
Excavation.
Rock haul and disposal.
Lining.
Doors that are not ordinary doors.
Air handling that can isolate zones.
Water.
Sewage.
Fuel.
Generators.
Shielding.
EMP hardening claims.
Redundant communications.
Security labor.
Sustainment.
The sustainment is the quiet river.
A hole that is finished still eats money every year.
Power.
Filters.
Watches.
Recertification.
Contractor logistics.
That is why these things do not die
when the original war scare fades.
A facility becomes a constituency.
Military construction appropriations,
operation and maintenance,
Other Procurement,
research and development lines,
intelligence program budgets in their classified form,
Department of Energy plant and capital accounts,
FEMA and DHS continuity and relocation accounts,
and the famous “black” slice that is acknowledged as a total more often than as a map.
Money also moves through cost plus contracts, award fees, change orders, and classified contract vehicles where the public sees a program name and not a room count.
Follow the physical waste.
Rock has to go somewhere.
Power has to come from somewhere.
People have to eat, sleep, rotate, and get paid.
Compartmentation is the product.
A civil engineer may know a volume of rock.
A communications tech may know a rack.
A logistics officer may know a dock.
A political appointee may know a briefing slide.
Almost nobody is allowed to hold the whole picture, which is exactly why anonymous internet voices can claim the whole picture with such confidence.
The system is designed so that even people inside it cannot audit it from their desk.
Access control is not cinematic.
It is tedious.
Badges.
Escorts.
Logs.
Cameras.
Alarms.
Two person rules in some spaces...
You do not stroll into a named continuity site
because you are curious.
That banality should kill a lot of tourism fantasies.
It should not kill oversight.
Tedious security and democratic audit
can exist in the same country.
They usually do not, because audit is treated as a threat rather than a duty.
Mission creep is the real scandal even if every city legend is wrong.
A bunker built for nuclear command becomes a bunker that is useful for pandemics, domestic unrest planning, cyber outages, electromagnetic events, or elite relocation.
Each new justification keeps the lights on.
Each new justification also moves the facility further from the original public story.
That is how a Cold War hole becomes
a permanent parallel estate.
Allied and overseas pieces belong in the same file.
NATO infrastructure, host nation agreements, and shared communications create more subsurface and hardened nodes than any one country’s press office wants to tour.
The public conversation stays provincial.
The planning is not.
Now to remind you of the separate three layers.
Layer one: documented or officially discussed hardened sites and continuity facilities. Real. Named in open literature to varying degrees. Still under described.
Layer two: classified expansions, unacknowledged construction, and special access work is real and amounts to an entire civilization.
Layer three: full underground cities with ordinary commercial life, parallel populations, and a complete hidden society. Requires utilities, logistics, waste, payroll, and multi source documentation.
If the subsurface estate is modest, why is there still no unclassified inventory that lists known major sites, states a purpose in one sentence each, and states whether additional major complexes exist beyond the usual names?
If the estate is vast, where is the rock, the power, the water, and the labor market signature that a project of that scale would leave even under classification?
Which committee, by name, last received a single briefing that tried to reconcile DoD, DHS, DOE, and intelligence community subsurface holdings in one chart?
What legal theory converts emergency relocation authority into permanent hidden capacity that never returns to public description?
Hint: The Book of Enoch, Emerald tablets, Sumerian Tablets, Egyptian scrolls and scribes.
When a contractor finishes a classified volume, who certifies that the volume matches the mission Congress thinks it funded?
Why are sustainment costs almost never discussed, as if holes stop being expensive after the ribbon that never gets cut?
If truckers and tradespeople tell consistent stories about unnamed gates and long underground runs, why is the official reflex mockery instead of a narrow inspector general sample?
What would a responsible declassification look like? Not targeting data. Not guard schedules. A count. A legal basis. A cost band. A statement of who may occupy the space in a crisis.
Who is harmed by sunlight at that level? If the answer is “the adversary,” specify the fact. If the answer is “the office,” you have your real subject.
Look at publicly traded primes
and engineering giants.
Look at their government revenue mix.
Look at pension funds
and large asset managers
that hold those names
because they hold the whole market.
Look at municipal and federal power contracts near known secure complexes.
Look at land withdrawals, restricted airspace, and sudden road closures that never get a local story equal to the fence.
Ask former Corps engineers, former DOE site workers, former continuity staff, and former defense construction managers what they were allowed to say when they left.
Ask them what they were not allowed to say.
The gap between those answers is the map.
Political questions.
Every administration inherits the holes.
Few want to be the one that shrinks them in public.
Secrecy is bipartisan because embarrassment is bipartisan and because continuity planning flatters people who imagine they will be the ones behind the door.
What an actual exposure would look like, if this country still had an appetite for it...
A joint inspector general review across Defense, Homeland Security, and Energy.
A classified annex to the intelligence committees that is forced to answer whether additional major subsurface complexes exist beyond the commonly acknowledged set.
An unclassified summary that states capacity bands, not street addresses.
A contractor audit of change orders on the largest hardened construction vehicles of the last forty years.
A legal opinion, published in redacted form, on the authority for long term occupancy of continuity sites by non essential categories of people.
None of that requires a cinematic confession.
It requires spine.
Until that work is done,
two dishonest industries will keep eating.
One sells total revelation with no documents.
One sells total dismissal with no inventory.
Both are well funded in their own way.
Attention is a currency.
Classification is a currency.
Neither one is the same thing as truth.
If you have first hand adjacency, do not post operational details that get people killed or facilities targeted.
Post structure.
Which office sponsored the work.
Which contract vehicle.
Whether the stated mission
matched the volume you saw.
Whether oversight ever walked the space.
Whether rock leaving the site
matched the story going into the site.
If you have no first hand adjacency,
stop treating confidence as a clearance.
The republic can live with necessary secrets.
It cannot live forever with an entire category of national underground separatist infrastructure.
Share this if you want the argument
moved from costume to ledger.
Reply with the single document you would subpoena first if you had a gavel for one afternoon: the inventory, the legal basis, the sustainment budget, or the contractor list behind the largest unnamed volume.
The door is not the mystery.
The missing spreadsheet is.

Bill Clinton said he never went to Epstein Island. But the evidence and how he would visit the main island of St. James every New Years , which is a short boat trip away from Epstein's island (Little St.James) , speaks for itself
And people still believe he didn't go.
Look at the date of purchase of the island tied to how many times Epstein visited him in the White House prior to the acquisition of the island.
❌✖️ Epstein visited Bill Clinton around 17 times in the White House ; early on in his presidency (Refer to the TWO previous posts)
From 1993 up until 1998 - in those 5 years , it seems like they cemented a strong relationship during that time.
In 1997 and 1998 from January 1-5 , Clinton family visited St. Thomas , which is right next to Little St. James (aka Epstein island) this was a holiday destination that they often went to. Information on where they spent new years in 1996 has vanished 🤔. Highly possible that they also spent it at St. Thomas
In April 1998 , Epstein allegedly bought the Island for $10Million at an auction.
There are also rumours that the island was property of the US Govt
Did Bill Clinton scout the island in his previous family trips to St. Thomas ? Or is it just a coincidence that after meeting each other in the White House , a reported 17 times from 1993 onwards ;
That Epstein coincidentally bought an island right next to the main island of St. Thomas , where the Clinton’s loved to spend their New Year.
Little St. James (Epstein Island) is a few hundred meters from St. Thomas
