If you're an outlier, high in compassion, creativity, abstract thinking, courage, or standard of quality, you will feel rejected, unloved, and misunderstood.
There is no significant history of people like this having easy lives.
Keep going anyhow.
Booked a flight to SF for next week and it only took me 3 hours using my dot.
In town Tuesday-Friday. Let me know if you want to meet up!
It is tempting to learn what you should do.
But instead, learn how to know what you should do.
This might sound confusing at first, but it’s core to how you become a more dynamic, intuitive, confident, and successful person.
Reviews for the next Logical Thinking cohort are starting to roll in.
It is an incredible honor to share these ideas with such smart, accomplished, wonderful people and have them resonate so much.

The most interesting topic in business is how to best work with AI.
The most important topic in business is how to best work with humans.

When dumb, dysfunctional teams look at smart, high-functioning teams, their conclusion is almost always “look at how fast they ship.”
Dumbest possible conclusion.
Footnote:
There is nothing wrong with speed. There's nothing wrong with the math student who finishes the test in half of the time of the average student.
What's right about that person is *they are great at math,* not doing math fast.
Moving fast has produced nothing great, ever.
That's why moving fast is such a beloved concept to those who have no intentions of making anything great.

Many of these take a long time to learn the hard way.
Last chance to join Sunday!
On Monday, you can be the same you.
Or a you that sees more clearly. Strategizes better. Influences better. Who is more believed and trusted.
You're already great. I get it. But if you want to be even better, see you Sunday maven.com/evan-lapointe/logi…
Focusing on ownership is a huge error.

Lock your team into seeing clearly, not into a person who might not.
The only difference between the clear thinker and the skeptic is in how they arrive at their assumption.
The clear thinker simulates how an idea will work in reality. The skeptic defaults to an assumption with zero simulation.
This is why skeptics' opinions are worthless.
Want to be better at working with difficult people?
Come on Friday!
