🏆 Delighted to share that @Musqet_Bitcoin is a finalist at The Card & Payments Awards 2027 for Best Early-Stage or Future Payments Initiative. Our entry: Musqet Agentic Commerce - making payments native to AI agents. AI-powered shopping shouldn’t stop at a recommendation. It should take a customer from discovering a product to completing a purchase. That’s what we’re enabling at Musqet. Card payments sit at the core, with Bitcoin Lightning providing a second payment rail. Built on UCP, the service is already live and designed for broad merchant adoption. AI Agents are shopping, is your business ready to sell to them? For merchants and partners exploring how to turn AI-driven discovery into completed sales, let’s talk. #Musqet #AgenticCommerce #PaymentsInnovation #CardAndPaymentsAwards

Domesday Book II. « To the conquered English, [Domesday Book] was a terrifying tool of total control. Its primary goal was to calculate the exact maximum amount of tax William I could squeeze out of the population…” Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose.

Tony Benn’s 5 political questions: “What power have you got? Where did you get it from? In whose interests do you exercise it? To whom are you accountable? How do we get rid of you? And if you can’t get rid of the people who govern you, you don’t live in a democratic system.”

Hi Bridget, Let me help you out with this one. The reason people are struggling with the cost of living is inflation - overwhelmingly driven by monetary and fiscal policy, therefore the state. Yes, it is your fault. The problem with the minimum wage is that: 1. It makes jobs illegal below an arbitrarily chosen wage 2. It push up the cost of goods and services 3. It turns marginally viable businesses into unviable ones The free market is the greatest system we have ever discovered for creating wealth and prosperity, yet economically illiterate MPs repeatedly interfere with it, writing policies for virtue rather than outcomes - then act surprised when the costs are passed on to workers, consumers and businesses. There is an easy way to prove this. Why not set the minimum wage at £15, or £20? When you realise you can't give a strong economic reason, it makes the whole minimum wage a silly idea. Let the market decide what the cost of items should be and what people are willing to work for.
If you haven't read Badenoch's latest pamphlet, I don't blame you, but in it she launches an attack on the minimum wage. When so many people across Britain are struggling with the cost of living, it’s so tin eared. Same old Tories. They always want working people worse off.

We’ve just hosted 3 events around the UK in 1 week, and a few things really surprised me... - There are far more businesses integrating Bitcoin than I thought. Many have already done it, but lots are figuring out how to do it. - Running professional events with great partners brings out far more people, including plenty who'd never normally come to a Bitcoin event. - In-person matters more now than ever. In a digital and AI world, people still want to build relationships face to face. - Lots of people working in organisations want to get the Bitcoin message into their company. That's exactly why we opened BBN up to individuals. But the thing that stuck with me most was the number of people swapping details to work together or help each other out. It's been insane! That's why we built BBN. It's a business network at the end of the day, with one common thread. Everyone is either pro Bitcoin or open to learning about it. There's a lot of doom and gloom online these days, but honestly, I haven't felt this optimistic in a long time. Our members range from a Lake District hotel group to a Savile Row tailor. Have a look at who else is in there.

the old formula is dead. Get a degree. Get a job. Get into debt. Work 40 years. Retire. Enjoy what’s left. The alternative? I don’t know. But until you figure it out, stack sats and get off the fiat treadmill.

The world is vastly underestimating AI agents’ appetite for Bitcoin. Borderless intelligence needs permissionless money. Unlimited agents. Only 21 million bitcoin.

Trezor email hack.. Coldcard vulnerability which had been a problem for a while, Liquid hack… if I was into conspiracy theories I might suggest that someone really wants Bitcoiners to give up on self custody and just buy ETFs.
