Here’s the boring system that can realistically make you $30k per month (bookmark this):

1. Go to youtube and study what already works
Search your niche.
Filter by “Most viewed.”
You’re not guessing. You’re reverse engineering.
Find videos with millions of views that are 8–20 minutes long.
That’s proof of demand.

2. Download the transcript and feed it to ChatGPT
Paste the transcript in.
Ask it to extract:
• The structure
• The hook style
• The pacing
• The psychological triggers
You’re not copying.
You’re extracting the blueprint.
Then generate 5–10 new angles using that same structure.

3. Build the production line
Scriptwriter → Voice actor → Video editor → Thumbnail artist
You are not the talent.
You are the operator.
Keep each role simple and repeatable.
One format. One structure. Multiple videos.

4. Upload and optimize
Strong title.
Clear thumbnail.
Keyword in the first two lines of the description.
Let youtube test it.
Track CTR and retention.
Adjust packaging before you adjust content.

5. Keep the same format
Most people pivot too early.
Don’t.
If one video hits, double down.
Same structure. Same style. New angle.
Consistency beats creativity.

New YouTube channel in the Fitness niche does $8k in the past 30 days...
Here's how I would scale it to $10K+/Month...
1. Make longer videos. This will increase the RPM from $4 to $7.
Why? Because Youtube can put in more ads in the video
2. I would double down on what's working for the channel. When something is working, don't fix it just double down on it to maximize revenue.
3. I would test out ideas that haven't been done before. This is how you dominate a niche. Bring in something proven from ANOTHER niche into your niche.
4. I would hire more freelancers so we can do daily videos instead of 1 every week.
5. I would look into affiliate links and ebooks to plug in the video to create another source of revenue.
