Great article from @BBCNews on how #Brands are at risk from fake news, misinformation and bots. And not just from the places you might expect...

It has been a whirlwind 48 hours for #BorisJohnson as the Pincher scandal appears to have been the straw that broke the camel’s back, with over 50 MPs resigning and the PM rescinding his position as the leader of the Conservative party.
...as well as having a high number of opinions.
It is worth noting that out of the 305 narratives, only a single narrative had a stance that was “For” Mr. Johnson : “ I personally think at this moment it Would be a mistake.” (for Boris to step down).
Last Friday, The Supreme Court of the United States officially reversed Roe v. Wade. What does this mean? Essentially, the controversial decision states that the right to abortion, upheld for nearly a half century at the federal level, now belongs to individual states instead.
The highest and the only high-ranked pro-judgement narrative shaping conversation online was anticipatory in tone: “Roe v . Wade coming next I look forward to the lefty tears.” This created 1K opinions, and a popularity score of 278.6K, with a controversy score of 71%.
The most influential voices in the discussions post-judgment were those of President Biden and Michelle Obama, whose written posts condemning the order went viral on Twitter and other social media platforms.

All smoking-product manufacturing companies face criticism, but it was an interesting week for Juul Labs, which was asked to remove their products from US markets. For the uninitiated (probably good for you!) Juul Labs, Inc.
Overall, it wouldn’t be incorrect to say that while most opinions stood firmly against Juul and its pod-products, many users criticised the FDA for its “bias”, questioning why the tobacco industry is allowed to continue to operate even though they present similar concerns.
