Today’s arrival is from Italy. It is the Fist of the North Star - Hyper Hero Dynamite Gokin - Kenshiro. This figure has to be “build”, and the base body is made of metal which makes the figure is fairly heavy. The is also a 2nd version with black clothing, and Shin also.
Comment Hara sensei passe du brouillon à la planche finale. Le livre explique que le gros plan de Kenshiro a été déplacé sur la page d’ouverture, puis que deux cases de la double page ont été inversées. La raison tient en une idée simple : mieux vaut dessiner Kenshiro en grand que le méchant. Extrait de Hokuto no Ken All About The Man (Shueisha, 1986).

原「最初はヒット作品の王道的な主人公のスタイルを意識していたんだよね。『マッドマックス』のメル・ギブソンや、車田正美先生の漫画に登場する包帯を巻いたキャラクターが印象に残っていて、主人公らしいスタイルにするために取り入れたんだと思う。今考えると『なんで包帯を巻いてるんだ？』ってなるけど（笑）。」

I think I incorporated that look to give him that quintessential main-character style. Looking back on it now, though, you kind of wonder, 'Why is he even wearing bandages?' (laughs).”
