I have exactly 2,984 fanfictions downloaded. 4 halfway and 34 books I've yet to read. Around 480+ books I can re-read. Why it seems 'not enough' for one month?! Maybe because it's not #ProjectHailMary fanfictions? 😭 I just started getting into bloodymary.

in case anyone needs a refresher: you can paste a fics URL into the wayback machine and read it as if you are on AO3. only catch is that newer fics are less likely to be archived.

TWO WAYS TO READ FICS WHILE AO3 IS DOWN: 1) ask authors or friends for fic pdfs!!! a lot of us keep copies of our favorites 2) fichub.net/ if you have a link to the fic (you can look up fic rec posts), and it usually works to download them while the site is down

I mean it's not illegal, but you should be ready to be told that you suck ass as a comeback. Like, everyone who tells people shit about their fic cries afterwards about how they are being bullied for "expressing an opinion". In this case opinions go both ways.

For example: I've been on the internet for 24 years, I don't start shit with anyone on purpose, but if someone comes looking for it, I ENJOY making them regret it. I've been told to go and kill myself several times and then I get to have fun, until they deactivate or go private.

What does that tell you? The fact that you CAN be an asshole, doesn't mean you SHOULD be one. Especially if it's unsolicited and unprovoked. So yeah, not illegal, have fun! P.s: Instead of hating, maybe leave more comments on your favorite fics more often. 🙄
