24 days after my suspension I got my monetization back! 💪
I want to say a big thank you to all of you who showed support. I'll be honest - I probably had zero chance of getting a human reviewer if you hadn't made enough noise to be impossible to ignore. I'm forever grateful for that.
I also want to thank @TeamYouTube and everyone who got involved in my case.
There is a lot of backlash from creators right now, and for good reason - but keep in mind there are real people working at YouTube tirelessly, fixing what the system has unfairly done to creators. I wish this had been implemented better. I understand the vision YouTube is trying to achieve, but there are so many false positives and real people caught in the middle that this has to be fixed.
Especially the policy of clawing back the previous month's payments. There are people doing this full time who got caught in this mass demonetization wave. People who were counting on that payment at the end of the month to pay their bills. Mothers, fathers, students. If YouTube is reading this, please consider reverting the clawed back payments. There are too many false positives, and it's creators' livelihoods that are on the line.

Reinstated me after a video appeal
Sent me the 100k YouTube Plaque
Demonetized me again
Removed 2 of my videos, both appeals rejected but later reinstated
Took back my payment for the previous month

I still don't have an answer as to why 3 weeks ago a human reviewer reinstated my channel after carefully reviewing my channel and my content. They confirmed my channel is good for YouTube Partnership.
BUT
This week I got demonetized again and they confirmed that a human reviewer watched my channel.
My only question: If there is so much inconsistency between the team how do I know what to change?

My channel got demonetized as 'the content seems like it has been mass produced'.
I edit for weeks, write my own scripts, and work with real artists who produce the music.
My series Harry Spotter has 28.3 million views across 7 episodes.
YouTube's own Ask Studio tool said about my channel: "Your work demonstrates a unique creative fingerprint. The humor, the timing, and the specific vision that makes Fantasy Images what it is clearly come from you."
At the same time my new video got a nudity policy warning over white text on a black screen thanking my Patreon supporter. I need a REAL human review."

My channel Fantasy Images got demonetized for repetitive and mass produced content. I have just uploaded the 7th episode of Harry Spotter - my parody series that has been watched by millions, with 7.8M views on the first episode alone.
3 weeks ago I got demonetized and a human reviewer decided to reinstate me. Now I got demonetized again.
I would like to have a human reviewer once again.
YouTube demonetized my channel last month.
I appealed with a video (shown below) showing my creative process. They reinstated me 2 days later and said:
"We're happy to share that your YouTube Partner Program appeal was successful, and your channel can continue to monetize. Our team carefully reviewed both your content and your video appeal. Your appeal helped us better understand how you create your videos, your content strategy, and your channel's brand."
3 weeks later I got demonetized again. Reason: looks mass produced. No video appeal option this time and got rejected. Both months of earnings clawed back straight away.
I started making AI videos back in 2023. My older videos may look basic by today's standards but in 2023 that was the peak of what AI could do. But at the time it was new and unique. I got reaction from Asmongold, another creator who used the same tools and made Harry Potter Balenciaga videos got attention from Joe Rogan and Elon Musk.
I always pushed the quality as far as the technology allowed. I write every script myself. The humour and story is entirely mine.
I uploaded Harry Spotter 7 as an unlisted video so the YouTube team can view it and see how much effort I put into it and how much changed in the last 3 years. It's a 6 minute video that took me 3 weeks to make.
