The dark Afghan Taliban regime's spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid, has a documented pattern of spreading false propaganda by recycling old images to support fabricated claims.
The images he shared were not recent. They had already been circulating online and were published by a random Facebook page in April 2022. Zabihullah Mujahid has now recycled the same old images in June 2026, falsely presenting them as evidence of a recent Pakistani airstrike. This is a deliberate attempt to mislead the public through recycled imagery.
Fake News Alert ‼️
Commentator Javed Hassan (@javedhassan) and overseas anti-state propagandists like Hussain Nadim (@HNadim87) are spreading a misleading and manipulative narrative in a circulating tweet, selectively twisting media headlines to claim that the Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) approved Rs 1.094 billion to buy a luxury executive jet (Lineage L-1000) for the Pakistan Army while ignoring poverty in Pakistan.
This claim is ABSOLUTELY FAKE based on the following facts:
▪️What the Official ECC Statement Actually Says:
The official Press Information Department (PID) handout for the Economic Coordination Committee meeting (PR No. 40, dated November 4, 2026) contains zero mention of purchasing any "luxury executive jet" for the Pakistan Army.
In reality, the official statement records that the ECC considered summaries submitted by the Defence Division for Technical Supplementary Grants (TSGs) aimed at "meeting essential operational requirements and supporting national security priorities," which included:
- Rs 1.094 billion for the induction and operationalization expenses of a Lineage L-1000 aircraft.
- Rs 54 billion for ongoing Defence Services projects.
- Rs 29.139 billion for Project Istaqlal.
▪️The Rs 1.094 Billion Grant Is Not an Aircraft Purchase:
Basic aviation economics immediately exposes the absurdity of the "luxury jet purchase" narrative.
Rs 1.094 billion equals roughly $3.9 million USD a fraction of what an aircraft costs, as a Lineage 1000 carries a base airframe value of nearly $50 million (over Rs 14 billion), and its manufacturer Embraer ceased commercial production of the model back in August 2020.
Within Pakistan's defence services, the Lineage 1000 airframe is the designated platform acquired for the strategic "Sea Sultan" Long-Range Maritime Patrol Aircraft (LRMPA) program replacing aging P-3C Orions and associated defence air transport operations.
A Rs 1.094 billion technical supplementary grant covers routine induction, modification, and logistical integration payments rather than the purchase of a luxury VIP jet.
▪️Deliberately Ignoring Rs 275 Billion in Public Development Funding:
Furthermore, the propagandists deliberately concealed more than 72 percent of the decisions taken in the exact same November 4, 2026 ECC meeting to falsely accuse the state of apathy toward ordinary citizens.
Out of the roughly Rs 380 billion package cleared by the ECC, the overwhelming majority Rs 275 billion was approved for critical public water, agricultural, and food-security infrastructure, including:
- Diamer-Bhasha Dam
- Mohmand Dam
- Greater Karachi Water Supply Project (K-IV)
- Chashma Right Bank Canal
- Kacchi Canal
In the very same meeting, the ECC also:
- Approved Rs 1 billion for the gasification of rural villages near gas fields.
- Extended gas supplies to fertilizer plants to support farmers.
- Transferred Rs 15.625 billion saved through federal austerity and fuel-conservation measures into the Prime Minister's Austerity Fund 2026.
Hiding Rs 275 billion in public water and agriculture funding as well as Rs 15.625 billion in federal austerity savings while spinning a routine $3.9 million defence induction grant into a "luxury executive jet" is a dishonest attempt by @javedhassan and @HNadim87 to weaponize sensational headlines and manufacture public resentment against Pakistan's armed forces.
RAWALAKOT CIVILIAN HOUSE ATTACK PROPAGANDA EXPOSED
RAW and its backed JAAC accounts are running a malicious disinfo campaign claiming Pakistani forces targeted civilians and civilian houses.
Ground facts prove otherwise. The circulating footage shows a house on fire, but a closer look into the intel reveals this is the exact same location from the video released by security forces: a targeted raid on a RAW backed JAAC hideout packed with weapons, smoke grenades and explosives.
In the video below, security forces can clearly be seen engaging armed JAAC members in direct fire. No drones were used to conduct attacks; drones were deployed strictly to capture this exclusive intel footage.
Fact Check:
The outlawed Action Committee is recirculating old footage of a fire at District Hospital Poonch, falsely presenting it as a recent incident.
In reality the video dates back to 19 September 2026, when a fire broke out near the hospital’s labour room.
The incident was accidental not a recent act of violence. Recycling old footage to spread disinformation will not turn a false narrative into facts.
Fact Check:
The outlawed Action Committee is circulating old videos to spread disinformation. This footage dates back to August 2026 when the man shown was killed by gunfire from members of the outlawed Action Committee itself.
The video was first circulated by Indian propaganda accounts in an attempt to create unrest and is now being recirculated to revive the same false narrative.
Propaganda Alert ‼️
A Europe-based India-linked propaganda account is spreading disinformation by falsely presenting a video from Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu & Kashmir as footage from Umar Farooq Chowk Rawalakot, Pakistan.
The misleading claim aims to fuel anti-state sentiment and create unrest in Pakistan.
Fact Check:
Afghan and Indian propaganda accounts are recycling a video dated February 22, 2025, falsely presenting it as footage of recent clashes in Khuzdar.
In reality, the footage is two years old. Eleven individuals were arrested by security forces for interfering with official duties at the behest of Akhtar Mengal.
Akhtar Mengal made no effort to secure their release. They were released on guarantees provided by their own families.
Three of these individuals were subsequently admitted to universities on scholarships, while two completed technical training and secured jobs with a private mining company.
Recycling old footage and fabricating claims of a military retreat will not turn propaganda into facts.
When the BLA starts facing public condemnation, BYC steps in to provide cover.
The internationally designated Indian backed terrorist organisation BLA has repeatedly targeted schools, colleges, hospitals, public transport and other facilities serving the people of Balochistan.
These are not military targets, they are essential public facilities that ordinary Baloch citizens depend on.
BYC has repeatedly been accused of acting as the BLA’s political cover, softening its image and deflecting criticism of its terrorist acts.
If BYC is genuinely against terrorism, why did it not condemn the Noshki school attack yesterday? Instead it came forward to blame the state just as condemnation of the BLA was mounting.
When the BLA starts facing public backlash, BYC steps in to shield it with a counter-narrative.
Fact Check:
An Afghan propaganda account is falsely claiming that a Pakistani military drone strike killed civilians in Dera Ismail Khan.
In reality, on 24 October 2026, Garah Guldad village, Tehsil Kulachi Dera Ismail Khan, these children were killed when a mortar shell fired by TTP terrorists struck a local house during an exchange of fire with security forces.
Fact Check:
A misleading claim circulating on social media that Tauqeer Nazir, who killed an orphan child in Multan was spotted at an airport.
In reality, the image is AI-generated. Official reports confirm that Tauqeer Nazir was killed in an encounter with the Crime Control Department (CCD) in Bahawalpur after escaping police custody.
Fact Check:
Indian propaganda accounts are spreading a fake video against Pakistani forces.
The video does not show Pakistani troops at all. It actually shows Egyptian soldiers captured in Sudan, and this same clip has been shared on social media since June 13, 2026.
RAW accounts are pushing these cheap lies simply to target the Makkah Defence Agreement.
Fact Check:
BYC-linked propaganda accounts are recirculating an old protest video with a false narrative about internet shutdowns in Balochistan.
The footage actually shows a protest over restrictions on cross-border smuggling not an internet shutdown. The same misleading claim circulated in September and is now being recycled to spread misinformation.
Fact Check:
An Indian propaganda account is circulating old footage to falsely claim that two police personnel have been abducted in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
In reality, no police personnel were abducted. The individuals filmed themselves in an isolated area and then left, with no connection to the alleged abduction.
Fact Check:
An Afghan propaganda account is recycling a 2022 video to falsely portray ANF personnel at Islamabad Airport as taking bribes.
The footage was previously investigated and the allegations were found to be baseless. The incident involved routine questioning of a suspected individual not bribery.
Here comes another Dhurandhar story by TikTok terrorists of Indian-sponsored FAH terrorists.
On 22 October the coward FAH tried to attack 3 x security forces posts which were beaten back successfully. More than 3 x FAH terrorists were sent to hell.
Both terrorists shown in the post were killed, but the claim that they killed more than 10 Pakistani security personnel is fake.
FAH after being defeated on ground are now following footsteps of their 7-0 masters, trying to win lost battle on social media.
Fact Check:
An Afghan propaganda account is shamelessly recycling footage from Syria to falsely portray an attack on Pakistani soldiers by Baloch militants.
The video dates back to March 2019 and was originally published by Syrian outlet Orient News which reported an explosion targeting a military convoy in Deir ez-Zor, Syria. The footage has no connection whatsoever to Pakistan or Balochistan.
The original source link is provided in the comments for verification.
Fact Check:
Indian propaganda accounts are circulating a misleading video falsely claiming that a mosque was demolished in Peshawar. The footage actually shows construction work at Darbar Ghamkol Sharif in Kohat and is unrelated to the alleged incident in Peshawar.
By misrepresenting construction work as the demolition of a mosque, these accounts are distorting facts to exploit religious sentiments, provoke public outrage, and fuel religious hatred in Pakistan.
The ugly face of PTI foreign propaganda accounts are once again on display. They first spread fake news, amplified it across social media and then deleted the post.
This is a systematic pattern, spread fake news to create panic and chaos, amplify it through social media and delete it once exposed.
Such tactics reveal the deliberate use of disinformation to manipulate public opinion.
Adil Raja is pushing a misleading narrative by claiming that Iran trusts Qatar as a mediator rather than Field Marshal Asim Munir and that General Rezaei refused to meet the CDF.
Field Marshal Asim Munir held meetings with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and General Mohsen Rezaei in Tehran, as reported by official Iranian sources.
The social media accounts cited by Adil Raja are not credible sources of Iran’s official position and seem to be less Iranian and more Zionist-Pahlavian in their agenda.
PTI-linked and Afghan propaganda accounts are circulating old footage of US soldiers in Afghanistan, overdubbed with misleading audio to falsely portray them as Pakistani security personnel.
The same video is being labelled online as showing Yemeni soldiers in some posts and Houthi rebels in others.
In reality, the footage is from Afghanistan and shows American soldiers in US military uniforms, not personnel of the Pakistan Army or Federal Corps.
