we're glad everyone is so excited about our new bars! we have a lot of people reaching out to us, so we apologize for any delays in getting a reply back to you in emails or DMs. we appreciate your patience ❤️
working for Feastables is great! so great, in fact, that apparently there are fake job postings?
just a heads up that Feastables job postings are only posted over on our official LinkedIn page here: linkedin.com/company/feastab…
this time of year a lot of resellers pop up. keep an eye out when purchasing Feastables to make sure you are buying from our authorized retailers! check our store locator in the US, or send us a DM before buying if you are unsure! we're here to help :)
Deez Nutz go hard, but a three day weekend goes harder!
just a heads up that the team has Monday off for Presidents' Day, but as usual we will be back on Tuesday to answer all your nutty questions 🥜❤️
new choccy means new stickers! our February #Stick2Win contest has started with all new Exclusive Deez Nutz stickers! 🥜
order soon to get yours, and check out all the rules here: feastables.com/pages/stick2w…
Huge shout out to Girl Scout Troop 2182 from Greenville NC for being innovative!
Marina H reached out to send us the link to order Girl Scout Cookies from her troop and telling us about their goal to get to Busch Gardens 🎢 They are now 20 boxes closer to that goal! 🙌
🎉we are back up and running! 🎉
thank you for your patience 😊

our tech team is working on getting it all back up and running! we'll let you know when you can order more of that sweet sweet chocolate again 👍
in the meantime, head to your local walmart!
did you know?: Feastables' birthday is Jan 29! 🥳

until then, check out our FAQ or chat with FeastyBot for quick answers: help.feastables.com
as we log off for the weekend, please note that the Feastables team will also be AFK on Monday for MLK day.

we all know the holidays are BUSY, so here is a quick thread 🧵 about how to get the fastest support this week:
1. please remember we're a small team. there are more of you than of us. your patience and following the below tips will help us make this smoother for everyone

7. be polite and patient. it takes longer if we have to read through angry paragraphs about things out of our control, or scroll past 7 follow up emails to get back to the original issue. we are doing our very best and working as fast as possible. help us help you 😊
