We built #enping because client feedback was broken.
Emails, WhatsApp messages, random screenshots — and way too much time spent guessing what people meant.
Now clients just point at the exact element, add context, and we get a triaged issue with everything needed to fix it.

No controllers, serializers, DTOs. The future belongs sync engines and it’s a tough pill to swallow for old guard.
