Regarding refinery strikes. There has been an established pattern. Whenever Ukraine showed restraint, or halted strikes on refineries, Russia simply continued its strike campaign against Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, and continued to strike civilian targets in cities.

Ukraine treating Jared Kushner with all the respect he deserves.
WSJ feels the timing on this one.
Kushner, dialing into a meeting remotely because he was sick, told Zelensky to hold off on strikes since he and Witkoff are burning time and jet fuel brokering with Moscow, and a 30-day pause on refinery strikes would be Ukraine's way of saying thanks, per a WSJ source.

If new proposed bounties do not work and existing boundaries do not work maybe we need a proportional system.
The purpose of elections is to empower the voters to select their preferred candidates, not to favour one candidate or another.
