Brush bug buns were very fun, I used a 50% hydration dough I usually to make pretzels and it holds its shape very well. For some reason the chocolate melts not cooperating so the decoration was a bit of a struggleโ€ฆ

Vaguely based off the pasta dish in WHA kitchen Vol.2, ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta, tossed in sage and garlic brown butter (and some veggies). Was fun! To keep the blue colour I put a spoonful of baking soda in the cooking water
