This morning, I spoke in the Westminster Hall debate in favour of an extension to the Listed Places of Worship (LPW) Scheme. The grants available through the LPW Scheme are a lifeline to so many places of worship across the UK, including the 25 Grade 1 listed churches in T & M.

Devon County Council has voted to ask the Government to cancel the local elections scheduled for 1st May.
Cancelling these elections amounts to a denial of democracy for the people of Devon, who deserve to have their voices heard.
The Government should not accept this request.
