Judge LeRoy Kirby: The Censure Colorado Voters Never Saw
A Colorado judge pushed heavy drinking among court staff at a conference hotel.
It led to a sexual relationship with a staff member. The relationship continued inside the courthouse.
His punishment? A private censure.
That’s not a rumor. It’s in the Colorado Commission on Judicial Discipline’s own 2019 annual report. The report doesn’t name the judge.
Christopher Gregory, the commission’s former director, does. In a public court filing, he says it was Adams County Judge LeRoy Kirby, who had chaired that same discipline commission the year before.
Think about that. The man overseeing judicial ethics allegedly became the subject of a judicial ethics case, and the public never heard a word.
Kirby is still on the bench. Voters kept him in 2024 without knowing any of this.
Now the AG’s office is fighting to seal Gregory’s filings.
This is why Gregory wants outside investigators.
Judges policing judges, behind closed doors, is not accountability.
Colorado voters deserve to know who they’re retaining.

The Muslim Students Association at the University of Illinois Chicago stated it plainly:
“The mission of Muslims in the West is to reject democracy and implement Islam.”
They continued: reject anything not from Islam, reject secular ideas in the West and in Muslim lands, do not compromise on the Deen or the Hukam of Allah, and implement Allah’s rule because that is the only path to justice and victory.
That is the same network Abdul El-Sayed helped lead.
At the University of Michigan, El-Sayed served as outreach chair for the MSA. responsible for bringing students into the organization and running da’wah (the invitation to Islam before jihad) - then as a staff writer, then as vice president. The chapter’s own charter subordinated it to the national MSA.
The Muslim Brotherhood’s 1991 strategy memorandum listed the national MSA among “our organizations and the organizations of our friends.” An FBI assessment called it the first formal U.S. Muslim Brotherhood organization.
As Hero Steve Emerson from IPT just exposed, while he sat on the board, the Michigan chapter planned a campaign for Tariq Ramadan, grandson of Brotherhood founder Hassan al-Banna.
It discussed a fundraising dinner for KindHearts, a charity whose fundraiser had been indicted in the Holy Land Foundation Hamas case and which the Senate Finance Committee had already flagged in its terror-financing inquiry.
El-Sayed’s own signed piece in the chapter newsletter called for metro Detroit’s Muslim community to become “the point of nucleation for global unification” in service of the worldwide Ummah.
