GM GM! Happy HUMP day legends!!! ☕️🐫 I don’t know about you but some mornings I have to remind myself to slow down, take a breath and be thankful for another day. Life isn’t always easy. We all have bills to pay, responsibilities to handle, goals we’re chasing and things we’re praying about that haven’t happened yet. Some days I feel like I’m making progress and other days I wonder if I’m getting anywhere at all. But I refuse to give up. I’m trusting God, doing my best, learning along the way and believing that better days are ahead. If you’re in that same season, just know you’re not alone. Keep pushing forward. We’ve got this. You probably won’t feel completely ready. You’ll doubt yourself. You’ll wonder if you’re making the right decision. You’ll look at people further ahead and question whether you belong. That’s normal. Prepare as well as you can, understand the risks and take the next reasonable step. Confidence often comes from experience and experience requires you to begin. You don’t have to be fearless. You have to be willing.

Before you give up on yourself take a step back. Maybe you don’t need to quit. Maybe you need to rest, change your approach, ask for help or give yourself permission to start smaller. There’s a difference between a dream that needs to be abandoned and a strategy that needs to be changed. Don’t let one difficult chapter convince you that the whole story is hopeless. Rest if you need to. Just don’t confuse a setback with your identity.

Stop spending your life trying to convince people to see your worth. The right people won’t require you to beg for basic respect, compete for their attention or constantly prove you’re enough. Know what you bring to the table. And then stop accepting seats where you’re not valued.
