I trust the code. Iβm no expert, but Iβve been lucky enough to hear what the OG Shibes have to say, legends like Patrick Lodder who actually know how a fork happens and how Dogeβs code is built. And itβs crystal clear: Luckycoin is Dogeβs father.
I respect the Bells community too, because there are real people behind it. What I donβt like is the hostility, whether itβs coming from the Bells folks or the LKY side. When I started digging into this, I took it seriously and was really thorough. But it was never about proving that Doge had to be forked from LKY, I just wanted the truth.
Honestly, I couldβve lived with Bells being the father. But itβs not. Thatβs why it sucks that we canβt work together, because Bells is part of this crypto era and part of Dogeβs story too, no matter how big or small, whether itβs in the genesis block or somewhere else. If Bells hadnβt existed, Doge wouldnβt have been forked from LKY and then dressed up with Bells data.

October has been brutal for crypto security. Multiple protocols have been attacked, and we aren't exempt from that reality.
This week, Scrypt Bridge detected suspicious activity aimed at the bridge. It exploited a gap in our code and made our accounting look short, even though the reserves were intact. Our circuit breaker caught the mismatch and paused the bridge, exactly as it's built to.
The result: no funds lost. Nothing minted. Nothing withdrawn. Reserves stayed intact the whole time.
We traced it, patched the gap, and added checks so a request like that can't trip the system again. We're still studying the activity so we can harden the architecture further.
We're a small team, and we don't claim to be unhackable. Nobody should. What we do claim is to build systems that limit risk: safety mechanisms that stop a problem from spreading, a circuit breaker, key rotations, and third-party vaulting. That design kept us safe this week, and we plan to keep using it as a model for a safer crypto industry.
