Found the culprit: A previously confirmed QSO (with a grid pending for award) has been re-uploaded with a dffierent grid (which was confirmed before). This of course caused the count to decrease by one.

The race 🏇is over and the winner🏆is: @_wa1jay_ as WA1JAY/C6A who confirmed #VUCC #SAT grid No 2,000 on #LoTW. The other ops among the last 10 were @Yii_AFK with 5 grids, @HFND66 as Z81Q, TN8GD, UR8IDX and @R9LR3 as RI1FJZ. 4 new #DXCC among those🤩

Fixed on Gridmaster: grids imported from LoTW now appear on the map immediately, and the grid count is back in the header. It was a stale map cache — no update needed at your end.

With KN56 an often logged but never confirmed #VUCC grid increased the counter to 1,999 grids which means the next confirmation is going to be No 2,000 🏆. So thats 9⃣ of the last🔟grids✅. The end is near 😅. Retirement soon? 🤔
