ALT "Regrettably, I have to relay to you that progress with Icarus Rudolph isn’t moving at the rate that we were hoping for. Given his situation and relationship with his former Caretaker, as well as the subsequent incident with his foster-sibling, we were prepared for a long journey to his mental recovery. But we still cannot make him understand that his former Caretaker was malicious and could not be trusted around him, or his foster siblings. His foster-sibling Charollette has continually been the only one to get him to participate in any activity, and he does so willingly, if lacking in any enthusiasm. We don’t exactly know how or why he is persuaded by her, but we do know that prior to their Caretaker's excommunication, Icarus was the one who was able to get Charollette to do almost anything outside of daily prayer (Of which she was more than eager to do on her own). When I asked him why this was the case, the boy replied, “She’s my sister. We take care of eachother.”
