Chip, salsa, gauc and queso followed by a Texas Fajita, before churros with cream cheese and raspberry dipping sauce with a bottle of cava…

I want a med ribeye, w lobster Mac and creamed spinach after a dozen oysters & before a crème brûlée with a bottle of prosecco…#deficitdreams

Trainer told me off this morning- said i need to go hardER, w the hard ER. My aggressive calorie deficit, 20k steps daily & weights are NOT enough. I need to start running again or purchase a bike. I do not want to run again…I want to cry rn
