For more than a decade now, NYC education policy decisions have been shaped by the same people including NHJ who said: - standardized testing is racist - NYC schools are "segregated" - gifted & talented is a form of "eugenics" We did it their way and outcomes have largely worsened for black and Hispanic students so why do these people have any credibility left, and why are lawmakers still listening to them?
