If this guy's argument was talking about how the USA healthcare system likes to cut a newborns genitals, where he has no say, no Freewill, and Changing his body in such an unnatural way, without consent, I would definitely say this argument is more valid.

There is no comparison between circumcision and FGM. Take away FGM and nothing happens to society. Take away circumcision and the entire thing collapses in a bloody civil conflict. Everything you do is propped up by the blood of penises and a mountain of dead baby boys.

It's legal to mutilate your baby boys genitals in the US.
We have all this technology, and we still cut a baby's genitals in the hospital like it's nothing.
They do it on babies because they know an adult won't consent to it.
The foreskin isn't extra skin. It's mucosa, the ridged band, and parts of the frenulum, all gone before the human can say "No".
If it's fine, wait until he can choose it. If he won't choose it, that tells you everything.

- For those who say "it REDUCES (not prevents, because it doesn't) the risk of STI and HIV" as an excuse for modifying your son: what do you plan to do with your child that involves these worries for his age?

It would be a shame if everyone learned about Circumcision being the biggest scam in the book of healthcare wouldn't it?

The American Academy of Pediatrics has the power to make the majority of non religious male circumcision and some of the ritual male Jewish and Muslim circumcision go away. This would result in less female circumcision as the double standard loophole would not exist.

Under federal law, a girl is protected from non-medical genital cutting, even a pinprick, even if her parents consent. Anyone who does it faces up to 10 years in federal prison.
A boy or an intersex child has none of that protection.
