looks like reddit is almost wiped from chatgpt sources
the query fanout changes had a big impact
and the past couple of days it seems to be almost completely removed from prompt responses

if wow forever beta crashes on your mac (entering the world)
set the graphics settings to 1
you can change them later
i think jev can bring down our ai spend by 50-60%
need more testing but classification for most companies is a massive use case, and llms are still pretty expensive/slow if you need hundreds of millions of assets analyzed
can imagine all other labs making similar models
but this concept can serieusly start eating into everyone's ai spend
are people just saying ai doomer stuff to sound interesting
what even is self-replicating code- a for loop making pull requests?
all my software tooling is becomming the same thing
my project management tool is starting to write code
my ide is becoming a project management tool
my coding agents have their own git
i do think you should focus on one thing/project/business
there used to be a big market for small saas
things that would take a day to build and another day a month to maintain
i would happily pay someone 30-50/month to just deal with that
that was an amazing opportunity for indiehackers
now i can probably one-shot that same saas
this means that if you still want to play the saas game you need to start solving harder problems
this is possible; there are many problems left, and every week new problems are created (thanks to ai)
startups doing well happily buy saas solutions to solve their issues; there still is a massive and even growing market out there
there is no magic recipe; solve hard problems for paying customers
if all you create is just one shotted ai slop
there is not much value you are creating
everyone is figuring out you are essentially replaceable
the ai psyops campaign is genius
first scare people into losing their job; now make it worse: the destruction of humans
people get mad; politicians get easy votes by fighting ai
regulatory capture complete
block other labs and oss models from competing
"AI is just code. It could transfer itself over the internet to a different place"
so what are the data centers for?
Jacob Coxon's next interview on CBS News (ex Anthropic+Open AI researcher who resigned)
"We can't just unplug it because it could be copying itself over to other computers. Like it's not that difficult to find yourself because an AI is just code. It could transfer itself over the internet to a different place and then you unplug it here, but it's actually still over there and maybe it makes 10,000 copies of itself and they're all cooperating."

if you are actually building tech that would have a good chance of wiping out humanity..
the government would have you shut down in about 2-3 days
its all fun psyops but you wouldn't ipo if this was actually true
italy is slowly collecting every pre-ai saas company
17.5b last valuation -> 1.355b sale
BREAKING: we've officially entered a deal to acquire Miro for $1.355B! 😍
