I saw a letter from a foreign colleague and I had to send him a side note that he is a badass mother fucker.
Beautifully written.

genuinely hate how Nigeria conditions you to accept a low quality of life. No water, no light, constantly charging inverters and looking for electricity to charge your inverters. You can work your ass off, pay ridiculous rent and still come home to stress.

Problem is when a woman dies, no one cries this much where she should be buried sha. No one goes further to investigate the death on whether the husband might have done something, it's all the will of God.
🤣. Willful curses.
The dramas are getting too much and it is a shame. I think it should now be a standard clause in Wills. Something like:
"I desire or demand that upon my demise, my affairs and incidental matters should not be made a spectacle or matters for social media deliberation. Let the content of my will be respected to their punctuation, and upon its clear terms shall no contest arise.
I demand utmost privacy in death, just as I lived.
Anyone who acts contrary to this, either by themselves, proxies, shall be made to come lead the band in the city of the yonder, and to their performance, my colleagues and I shall dance".
I said ok o, let me spark joy, make I buy ice-cream o, 29,950 for blue Bunny ice cream tub!
I sparked joy with manifestation.

This idea that Nigeria is a welfare state needs to die. Do we spend more of our budget on welfare and social spending than the United States or any serious country? No, so what makes us a welfare state?
My dear women, grow your finances, chase your dreams, build your life. The concept of marriage shouldn’t be why your life should go on pause. The society you live in would punish you for it.
Protect yourself.

The career moves you make in your 20s really do shape your 30s, no doubt. But as someone now in their 30s, I’ve realised that some of your biggest investments are the relationships you built along the way. That’s where your real capital is (or at least most of it)
When a wife dies: O ye oloun. Pele o ma femi.
When a husband dies: "The woman killed him" "I noticed the child doesn't look like my son" "She wants to steal our son's properties" "You are too young to be incharge of these properties" "You need to do DNA test"
Its 2026 my babes, the society won't protect you, protect yourself. Musilim o, Christian o, ori gbo gbo everybody ti yi.
