All these creators spent years accumulating trust, throwing it all away trying to AI-automate the one thing worth keeping human-made
I recently had a mentorship session with one of the greatest GTM engineers in Silicon Valley.
His advice was simple:
Keep learning. Keep building your personal brand. Keep showing up online.
You'll eventually make it.
One thing he specifically told me to do every day really stuck with me.
I loved that advice, and I'm taking it seriously.
I'm going to keep showing up, sharing what I learn, documenting my work, and building my brand consistently.
Let's see where this takes me.
UPDATE: I did the rough cut, and the video is still almost 38 minutes long.
Chat, I think I'm cooked. 💀
The video goes live on October 31st, which means tomorrow. And I have to get this done no matter what.
How would you handle this situation if you were in my shoes?
It’s 3 AM. Your client just sent you a video, he want to post on Halloween.
You’ve got less than 30 hours to pull this off and prove you can deliver under pressure.
Time to lock in. 🎃
No hate, but I’m genuinely curious about how AI-generated videos perform compared to content edited by actual editors.
Most of these AI videos look almost identical, and honestly, the visuals just don’t look good to me.
But if they’re delivering the metrics creators want, then fair enough. At the end of the day, performance matters.
Opus 5.5 edited this whole video 🤯
but I’ve been making a huge mistake
i've been recording podcast episodes and posting it once
the plan for the rest of 2026:
1. turn every podcast interview into 10x more content
2. stop neglecting my newsletter
3. learn from the best builders on X and actually implement what i learn
what are you locking in on? 👇
New month, new bangers.
@ashen_one and I have been working on the content side for almost a month now, with almost no posts on YouTube and it’s taken way longer than we expected.
But things are finally getting on track, and we’ve already made some really fun videos.
So much more coming. Can’t wait to get these out on the timeline. 🔥
This is the highest quality iOS game made with AI you're gonna see all week (part 1 of full build)
GPT Astra 6, Kimi K3, Fable 5.1, Opus 5.5 & GPT 6 SOL worked together over the past few weeks to make Animal Crossing/Pokopia but in rural Afghanistan
Every single thing you're seeing is a custom asset that went through a crazy pipeline:
1. 3D asset made with Meshy
2. Animated with Astra/Opus 5.5 in Blender MCP
3. Integrated into the game with Unity CLI
Also, the game itself isn't some 5-minute playable demo. This is actually a fully built-out game that functions similarly to Clash of Clans, where you can run around this one part and build your town for ~11 hours of gameplay
In an attempt to make an actually fun and high-quality iOS game with AI, I'm going to keep building this in public (mostly) and posting videos like this documenting my progress as I go
Why? As we've seen this week with open-source projects or racing to zero with vibecoded competitors, I think that games will always be much harder to copy and monetize
Real creativity is needed. Even if you gave someone unlimited tokens and told them to make a fun game, they wouldn't be able to do it but they WOULD be able to duplicate your boring iOS app
You can't replace creativity! So...pivot to games instead?
I left my Post-Production Manager role at a six-figure agency to do my own thing.
Now I want to build inside a great startup again.
I’ve produced 2,000+ videos, driven 100M+ views, and helped generate $1M+ for clients.
Next goal: become Head of Content at a YC startup.
It's feel personal, when your client/bro is winning.
3k Subs is done,
Next target 10k Subs 🎯
Huge congratulations 🎉 to you GOAT @ashen_one
recent trailer i did for @thecaptabletv x @notthreadguy
