What an incredible honour it was to be recognized among the best 11 screenplay (openings) at a Gala event at the Lotus Ballroom of NMACC Mumbai. Thank you dear @bomanirani and team Spiral Bound. Look at the absolute star power on that stage. Honored!!

From here to " Do we really need people who are not billionaires to eat EVERY DAY? " should be a short journey to the sociopaths and unless they first hand learn the fear of French Revolution style justice, they won't stop.
OpenAI CEO Sam Altman says it’s “quite terrible” that people have so much DRAM sitting in their own PCs instead of being used in data centers. “Everyone have a bunch of the world’s limited supply of DRAM sitting in their own computer. And be used 5% of the time,” He argues that cloud data centers should make better use of limited memory supplies instead of people running AI models locally.

IDBI bank is now a private bank. Those who want to leave and join other PSU banks are welcome

The anti Hindu bigotry is absolutely nauseating.
Hosting Teej celebrations in the capacity of Chief Minister and this sati savitri sanskari Karwa Chauth….Her entire aura is of benign patriarchy + hindutva womanhood + gharelu auratdom while in a CM office; it suddenly makes Atishi & Sheila Dixit feel like icons, in contrast.

This decides it. The sell of IDBI must proceed. These freeloaders need to be reminded that passing some exam once doesn't entitle them to a lifetime of aram ki kamai! Congress is being anti comsumer as expected!
🙏 A HEARTFELT THANK YOU, SHRI RAHUL GANDHI JI @RahulGandhi Leader of Opposition @INCIndia The IDBI Bank family sincerely thanks Shri Rahul Gandhi ji, Hon’ble Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, for standing with IDBI Bank employees and supporting their legitimate concerns. Opposition knows only way they can win power is by intimidating the middle class into staying home on election day with street power and stealing/stuffing ballot boxes. That's why EVM is such an obstacle for them. the odds of NDA govt giving in on this are close to zero.
Dear Prime Minister @narendramodi ji Since yesterday, you and your entire political ecosystem, including senior Cabinet ministers and chief Ministers of several states have gone into overdrive, celebrating what you believe is the INDIA bloc’s defeat even on ballot papers. The celebrations seem rather premature, but they have given us an idea. Let us take your argument to its logical conclusion. Let us set aside every other disagreement and collectively agree to return to ballot papers for all elections. You seem convinced of the outcome. We are convinced of the importance of electoral transparency and public trust. So, why not turn this moment of celebration into a moment of democratic consensus? Let us all come together and bring back the ballot paper. Surely, a government so confident of its popularity should have nothing to fear. Jai Hind

The world watches in fascination as darbari slowly begins the complicated ritual of tucking his tail between his legs....
Let me be absolutely clear: I neither produced nor directed the documentary. My role was solely to distribute it. There is a fundamental difference between creating content and exercising the right to share it.

Karib aur aao kadam do badhao Jhuka du n main sar to sar kis liye hai
This is a sensible pivot — from earlier seeming anti-business to now clearly positioning himself as anti-oligarchs. The distinction is important & the nuance was much needed in the Congress’ worldview.

If left wing ideas have never worked, why do they keep attracting people generation after generation? one of the answers- because Right Wing Idea people are mouth-breathing morons who can't even propaganda right.
I used AI to create this short film. America, you’ve been warned.

Nowadays, whenever I feel good about my sub 2 half marathon I drive 21 kms by car in 30 mins. Then I remember I am comparing apples with asphalt and feel a little foolish!
Nowadays, when I feel even a little bit full of myself, I use an AI model to solve a "tough problem" that I have been chewing on for decades. Conclusion -- Anyone who uses AI models has no further need for lessons in humility.

You have to at least wonder if his advisors are on BJP's payroll. This would not sound any worse for Congress if bjp sm team had written this. What a disaster this man is for his party!
To every trader in Delhi: We love you and hear you. The Govt shut the metro, sealed our roads and locked down our capital. With a stolen vote nothing is safe - your shop, your savings, your children’s future. Tell Modi to sack accused no. 4, Gyanesh Kumar and the protests will stop in 30 seconds.

It is going to be hella hilarious when experiment happens in UP and Adityanath is replaced with KPM or Shri Rajnath ji.
Why not try that experiment in Maharashtra? Replace Fadanvis with a Maratha. That will also rid Maharashtra of Fadanavis wife.

I don't have time and inclination to unpack ALL ignorance packed in this. I think the ethnocentric right (especially white, don't know if this guy is!) is deeply traumatized by Obama and lesser extent Macron because the right hasn't produced anyone with similar charisma who was/
The peak of globalism was Obama and Macron. Two men, two continents, the same casting. Young, polished, brilliant speakers. Perfect résumés. Total ease in front of a camera. Able to electrify a rally in Ohio and charm a room full of CEOs in Davos in the same week. They are excellent actors. I mean that without irony. Public charisma is a real talent, and they have it at a rare level. But look at what they actually embodied. Obama won the Nobel Peace Prize nine months into his presidency. Before he had done anything. They weren't rewarding a record, they were rewarding an image: a post-national world run by institutions and experts. Macron is the European version of the same product. A movement founded one year before the election, no historic grassroots base, carried by the economic, media and administrative elites. "Neither left nor right." Translation: attached to no people and no history. Just the efficient management of globalization. Their whole software fit in one sentence: the global market, supranational institutions and experts know better than nations what is good for them. Unlimited free trade. Deindustrialization sold as modernization. Borders treated as an archaism. Sovereignty treated as populism. They weren't the architects of this project. They were its faces. The best salesmen it ever had. When you need millions of people to accept that their factory is moving to the other side of the world and that it's for their own good, you don't send a gray technocrat. You send someone who knows how to talk. That's why footage of Obama at a rally rings so hollow today. Same tone, same inflections, same staging. But the audience has changed. They've seen the movie. They know how it ends. And the project they carried is dying everywhere. The US is back to tariffs and reindustrialization. Europe is finally talking about energy, military and tech sovereignty. Borders are a legitimate topic again. Supply chains are coming home. Covid proved that a country that can't produce its own masks isn't modern. It's vulnerable. Macron is at 15% approval, his lowest since 2017. Obama is back on the rally circuit, and the magic is gone. But the most revealing part is what came after them. The system can no longer produce an Obama or a Macron. Nobody that charismatic, that polished, that smooth. There are two reasons for that. The first is arrogance. For fifteen years they won without really fighting. The media was on their side, the elites aligned, the opponent demonized in advance. When you win too easily, you get lazy. You stop caring about the casting. You stop working on the script. And it shows: less polished, less prepared, less credible. The second runs deeper. Truly brilliant people no longer want to enter this system. They know it has no future. Fifteen years ago, an ambitious young prodigy aimed for the elite schools, Harvard, high civil service, the big international institutions. Today they start a company, they build, they go where things are moving. Nobody signs up for a sinking ship. So look at the bench. In the US, they ran Biden. A president whose cognitive decline was obvious to everyone except his inner circle, who spent months hiding it. Then they swapped him out in a panic for Kamala Harris, who couldn't answer a simple question without drifting into word salad. After Obama, that's a staggering fall. In France, same movie. Attal is Macron on a photocopier. Same codes, same lines, none of the depth. He announced his presidential run from a village square in rural France to make people forget he's a pure product of Paris's wealthiest neighborhoods. Everyone sees the set. Nobody buys it. And on the left, the new great hope is Glucksmann. Son of a famous philosopher, Brussels MEP, darling of the Parisian salons. He talks about the nation and the working class with the polish of a dinner party in Saint-Germain-des-Prés. The words are right. The voice isn't. They all sound off. Like instruments out of tune. You still recognize the score, but nobody wants to listen to the concert anymore. That's the first sign of a dying system: it no longer attracts the best. All it has left are heirs and imitators. Charisma isn't enough when reality contradicts the story. What comes next won't necessarily be better. But it will be different: leaders judged by what they build, not by how well they tell it. The age of actors is over. Make way for the builders.

Could speak to common people as well as CEOs. With Obama, there is also the brilliant while black issue- something that has destroyed white men to an extent i never thought possible. These men represent a world that is changing and (very slowly) moving away from white supremacy

And Western hegemony and the ignorant and angry right takes the pragmatism of these men as complicity.

You gotta reluctantly admire the combination of chutzpah, con and confidence that only the truly ignorant can possess. He knows there are idiots who will pump spacex price based on this and that is all that matters.
Elon Musk explains how to build AI satellites on the moon from lunar silicon and aluminum, and says 500 to 1,000 terawatts a year cannot be launched from Earth “Well, the lunar soil is 20% silicon or something like that. So you can mine the silicon on the moon, refine it, and create the solar cells and the radiators on the moon. So get the radiators out of aluminum. So there’s plenty of silicon and aluminum on the moon to make the cells and the radiators. The chips you could send from Earth because they’re pretty light. But maybe at some point you make them on the moon, too." "Like I said, it does seem like a sort of a video game situation where it’s difficult but not impossible to get to the next level. I don’t see any way that you could do 500 to 1,000 terawatts per year launched from Earth.”
