Unfortunately I will not be moving forward with LiveWire.
Yesterday I announced the idea on X, Reddit, LinkedIn and HackerNews.
The posts got a combined +-2.5k impressions and around 40 visits to the landing page.
Only 1 person who previously didn't hear about the idea before the launch joined the waitlist.
Yes, the numbers are quite low but still, if I'm going to roll the dice on an idea, I want proof there is excitement and demand behind it.
The good news is it only took me a few hours of work to put this altogether and I can now move on.
Couple of years ago I built a 3D-printed telescope and watched Saturn with my own eyes (one eye, it's no binocular haha) and it was absolutely magical moment for me. I'd love to have a balcony and a better telescope to look at the stars and planets more in summer
