Cut local business GBP prospecting from 20 minutes to 2 minutes. Try it. šŸ‘‡ #localseo

This is the WordPress plugin I've been working on for the past five months. It's a self-hosted seo tool for agencies & freelancers who serve local business owners. It cuts audits from 20 mins to 2 mins and it grows your proprietary market intelligence with every business scan.

The Supreme Court burns to the ground in Albania, Parliament and the Department of Education has been stormed, the Prime Minister is in hiding and the country is effectively in the hands of the rebels. Albania rejects blatant corruption and their country being sold.

Terrific to see @NYCMayor's "click to cancel" rule go into effect today. Trapping customers in subscriptions is against the law. Businesses must make it as easy to cancel as it is to sign up. New Yorkers can report subscription traps here: nyc.gov/main/click-to-cancel
Nobody should be stuck paying for a subscription they don’t want because of how absurdly difficult firms make it to cancel. I’m thrilled that @nycmayor is carrying forward a ā€œclick to cancelā€ rule to protect NYC from this misconduct. More cities and states should follow suit.

Outsourcing AI regulation to a voluntary "pledge" conceived by Mark Zuckerberg and endorsed by tech CEOs over a private White House lunch is a recipe for disaster. "Self-regulation" by tech giants is a proven failure. The last time Meta promised to police itself, turned out it was hiding evidence that its platforms actively harm kids. Repeating this mistake with AI leaves the public dangerously exposed. AI companies are already bound by existing laws, but the White House has generally stopped enforcing laws against the wealthy and powerful. State AGs should step up, halt lawbreaking, and promote real deterrence, including through holding individual executives accountable. Congress also needs to legislate. We have a long history of regulating risky, transformative industries like banking, pharmaceuticals, and nuclear power. These tools include mandatory testing, truly independent supervision, and break-ups that end conflicts of interest. Ultimately, reckoning with AI will also require reckoning with our broader crisis of governance. All three branches have become severely deformed. Against this backdrop it might be tempting to outsource regulation to these private actors, but it would be a serious mistake. Our public institutions must decide the trajectory of these powerful technologies, not the firms whose breakneck pace and financial conflicts brought us here. Big @ashleyrgold scoop: Zuckerberg shaped the Trump AI pledge semafor.com/article/09/30/20…

Users are sick and tired of extractive SaaS business models. We’re tired of Enshittification.
Someone please create a cheaper version of @sideshift_app that doesn't cost 299$ a month and only allows 5 hires I cannot stand scammy tools like this. I would gladly support your SaaS to end their monopoly

My guy's made out of teflon.
Zohran Mamdani has turned down an 18% pay rise that would have brought his salary to $305,800 (Ā£227,645). ā€œI haven’t knocked on anyone’s door in New York City and they’ve said their concern is that the mayor makes too little,ā€ he told reporters on Thursday. The same day, members of the city council voted to approve a pay raise for themselves and otherĀ officials.

AI is one big TI-83 Plus Calculator. I got a D in pre-calculus my junior year, but at least I played games on mine until the bell rang.

The agencies growing past thirty locations without SaaS cost spiraling are the ones who moved to infrastructure they own.

LOL, they should criminalize publishing these job offerings. You need at least $75/hr to live comfortably in Irvine, CA. AND they want you on-site?! @My_Office_Apps

Most local SEO ranking reports show position. The ones worth keeping show position change over time, broken down by location on the map.

Outreach built from actual audit data is not personalization. It is accuracy. Personalization is a marketing word for what is really just not being generic.

A payment link that updates dashboard status on confirmation removes a manual step that most agency billing systems still require a human for.

Self-hosted means your client list, scan history, and lead records are yours if you switch tools, get acquired, or just want to leave.
5
The Near Me score gives you five things to fix per client per month. That is a retainer deliverable, not a report.

Review velocity is a lagging indicator of profile health. By the time it shows up in rankings, you are already behind.
4
Client data that never leaves your server is a compliance position, not just a preference.

Bulk pitch generation from a CSV is not a cold outreach hack. It is how you stay specific across a hundred prospects without writing a hundred emails.
